After an industrial accident in 1996 the only training I do is in daily therapy. I've been a Boston Bruin fan my entire life and played goal from the time I started pee wee through varsity. I then played in a mixed pick up league in North Adams, MA., until I lost the use of my legs in 1996. In the mid eighties my husband was stationed in Bangkok where I fell in love with Muay Thai. The only thing I like better than a great old fashion goalie fight (Roy's were the greatest) are the King Birthday Championship's. Those are some of the greatest fights I've ever seen. The Thai's style of combat is my favorite. Ancient, deadly, just beautiful. On The way home we found Pride in Japan. Where again I fell in love. So those are my three great loves. Had a bit of Judo in the 70's and 80's and Muay Thai in the 80's and 90's but. now I'm just a spectator.
Thanks for the "props," Cynthia. Glad you enjoyed the read.

Thanks for becoming a fan! Much appreciated!
Cynthia, thank you so much for your kind comment. I was wondering if anyone actually read them but the nimrods that I was responding to..
Now keep in mind that I would never disparage someone's favorite fighter choice, but sometimes I have a different opinion on other subjects...
