First and foremost, I'm a very proud Virginia Tech alumni. I graduated in December 2008 with a degree in Professional Writing, and am trying to work my way toward a career in sports journalism. In college I worked for Virginia Tech's student-run newspaper, The Collegiate Times, and covered a number of different sports.

I just completed a sports editing internship here at B/R. I started in April and enjoyed every minute of it, I love reading through all the different articles every day and getting to read a lot of different perspectives across a wide range of topics.
