Matt's Bio

I am a native Detroiter living in West Michigan. My two sports loves are Detroit Tigers baseball and Calvin College Knights basketball.

I like the designated hitter, I don't mind the BCS, I think the NCAA (DI) tournament should reduce back to 64 teams and the NCAA (DIII) tournament should expand to 64 teams. I think the NBA playoffs take way too long to play out and the MLB playoffs should never extend into November.

I co-author a Michigan sports blog with fellow Bleacher Report writer (and brother) Zac Snyder.

  9. Former MLB player Eric Karros called my article into question on Colin Cowherd's ESPN Radio show yesterday.

He challenged me for a re-do: but here's my response.

I assure you, it's not just a ridiculous personal attack, but it shows that Karros was off-base with his statements.
