Jeff's Bio

Jeff has been a "regular" (if you can call it that) on BR since 2006. He contributes fantasy articles, scathing commentary, and generally, his mental excrement to the site.

When not slacking off at work, Jeff is a game designer at Liquid Meat Studios. Yeah, I want his job, too.

Bulletin Board (6) Post a note »

  1. No problem, Jeff. If your schedule changes, let me know.

  2. Just wanted to fill you in on the mock draft plan.

I’m going to do a random draw for teams this weekend. So if you want to actually make picks, please let me know before Sunday morning (unless you already have, then don’t worry about it).

The plan right now is to hold the mock draft in a chat room on April 19th at 2:00 PM EST. Please let me know if this works for you. Depending on everyone’s availability, we may move the time around a bit. I’ll send out the chat room info and the exact time it’s scheduled towards the middle of next week.

The format will be like this:

I’ll announce that the Dolphins are on the clock, whoever is making their pick will make it and give their reason for the pick. Everyone else will get a few minutes to comment on the pick. Then we’ll announce the next team in on the board.

I’m not sure yet if we’ll put all of the comments in the article (I would like to), it depends on how long it ends up. We may end up having to select the best comments for each pick.

I’m looking forward to working with you, should be great!

Email me at scrowe@gmail.com or post a comment on by bulletin board if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
    Sean

  3. Great!

I'm shooting for the weekend before the draft. When I have all of the details, I'll forward them along.

    Looking forward to it!

    Thanks,
    Sean

  4. Hey Jeff,
Over in the NFL section, we're trying to put together an "official" Bleacher Report NFL mock draft. We're getting together the best from the NFL section and assigning everyone a team or two (depending on how many people we get). The draft will take place in a chat room set up for us by Zander.

You came highly recommended by the brass here at Bleacher Report. I just went back and read a few of your old columns and enjoyed them thoroughly.

Let me know if you're interested in take a team or two.

    Thanks,
    Sean

  5. Hey Jeff,

I just wanted to let you know that Bleacher Report has launched out of beta with an updated look and feel and some great new features. Check out the "Game On" link in the header to find out more.

Next week we'll be launching the site to the world with some public announcements—and it'd be great to get a contribution from you between now and Tuesday to make Bleacher Report's launch a success.

Let me know if you need any help with ideas or have questions. Have a great weekend Jeff!

    Zander

  6. Top 5 Wide Outs this season? My draft's on Sunday and I'm way behind on research.
