U.'s Bio

************RETIRED,
I just got paid a shocking amount for documenting my youthful folly, jubilance and hijinks on Associatedcontent.com and a "Rising Star 2009" designation so I'm going to move my pseudo intellectual/ mainly blowhard ravings there.

Goodbye is too good a word so I just say Fare-thee-Well.

Not trying to be a sports writer
Not particularly a sports fan, more into sex, drugs, and rock and roll, french, english, spanish literature, art movies, Rimbaud, money, boobs, Cheerios, Kerouac, greco-roman history, The Strokes, Phrases of philosophers from the books and the dimestores, searching for an Amelie, facebook, evolution, Dylan, politics/theater, picking a 6th language to learn, Russell Brand, Marcus Aurelius, chasing tails, magnetic females, the pubs and the clubs and the tubs.

I've found out I seek, explore, search when I write something and end up learning something new about the world and myself, so it's turning out to be very fulfilling

  1. thanks mate. I have been hunting for a video with that shot for sometime now...it is definitely coming up soon...:)

  2. hey u were right mate. He did beat him afterall. Cant say I expected this personally, but Delpo is the Star of the future. period. He played better on the day and we all know how difficult that is to do against even a mediocre Federer in a Slam Final...

PS: But I dont care for that 100 yr old Bud Collins ok? Dont even mention that name to me again.

  3. no way. Roger isnt Rafa. DollBoy wont beat him tomm..
but I am luving DollBOY these days. but not even remotely as much as Rodge. So dollBoy, beware, dont play well at all in the final.

  4. Oxygen place.
    i am gasping.
    what the bloody hell!!!
this man is not human. I think if we do some tests, we will find him having blue blood or something.

  5. Check out my latest if you get a minutes, about why I would be willing to sacrifice NFL first week games to watch the USO finals:

If you get a minute to comment, it would be appreciated!

  6. Pretty cool article, thanks for the link!

I think he made a factual error at callin Nadal the player who 'best understands momentum.' Rafa best understands grinding you to your breaking point and exploiting your physical exhaustion; Fed is the master of exploiting momentum, though even he pales in comparison to Pistol.

  7. Hey, this is my latest piece. I'd appreciate your input. Yes, its about Nadal but he is surpassing even my expectations for this year's Open.

  10. I tried to open your NYT link but it didn't work on the computer I'm using. It's 11 p.m. where I am, so I'll try again tomorrow on a different computer.

As for your other ideas, they are intriguing, and I will definitely look into seeing if I or one of the other tennis mainstays can do them.

  11. OK, A-hole:) you get the full credit for your forecast. You were first. I bow to you. Thanks for the link.
Do you ever reply to people? I Pmed you.

  12. Hi mate!

This is one of the serious lines I've ever written..I do appreciate a read and a comment if possible.
