Retired US Army Special Forces officer with regional ties to the SE and the SEC. (Born Albany GA ..my dad was out of Birmingham, my mom from Macon, my career was based out of NC, lived in Huntsville for a spell; and I am now in SC.. My degrees are from NYSU [sorry] :-). An Alabama fan always..since diapers: good years and bad. Politically active in the Scottish independence movement as an elected member of the Scottish Independence Convention and constant blogger on the subject. Writer and editor in the areas of military history, paleoanthropology and general Scottish history. Currently sitting on the National Board of Directors for "Oath Keepers", and serving as Eastern VP for the organization. "Not On Our Watch!"
