   First and foremost the EU is a joke in my opinion. It's sole purpose to great a GDP to combat the U.S. The problem for me is that it is essentially going to be run by Germany, the UK (if they join), and France. Thus theyll be carrying those that drag ass, like Spain, Italy, etc. Now if the EU does work, great, you're not going to see me complain because like I said before and you failed to recognize I have nothing but respect for Europe; been there many times. But I want to point out a few things you said that were very wrong.

   A. "Turkey will join if it sorts out its human rights and they can get over the whole Muslim issue."

   What is the "whole muslim issue". That being that they are Muslim? Haha. Sounds like classic European ethnocentrism to me; not a good thing for the EU to be founded on.

   B. "You fight wars for poor people?? That’s a typical ignorant Yankee comment. Iraq, Vietnam, Afghanistan?? WTF, you fight wars based on your own agenda, and lose to smaller better trained armies (Vietnam)."

   Once again you misunderstood my satire. I don't agree with the war in Iraq nor do I think we were fighting for poor people. I said we were FIGHTING poor people. Secondly Vietnam or hte NVA did not have a better trained army. That is without debate. That was another useless war (like Iraq). Had it been a real war we would have carpet bombed North Vietnam into submission (like we did in Europe). Instead we let a Guerilla army bog and wear us down. You should know that's how you beat a more FORMIDABLE ENEMY. And the U.S. is still the best trained army in the world there is no debate about that my friend. Why do you think Europe has used it to do it's dirty work for fifty years. See Iran.

   C. "LOL trust an American to go on about military, wealth runs the world not a military."

   yes it does. But the Military is an extension of ones economy. Why protects the economy, the military. If the U.S. or England or your beloved EU wanted they could use their Navy's to deny other countries import and exportation thus crippling their economy. Military protects a countries wealth; it has since the dawn of civilization.

   D. "Your run will be over because of China, India and a Federal Europe"

   China and India's wealth are directly related and proportional to the U.S. In fact China can ill afford the U.S. to fail because they too would go with it. Moreover both India and China remain a 3rd world countries by economic standards to stick to boasting about the EU.

   Man, judginig by your comments you're really upset about the U.S. dominance and preeminence in this world. But fear not it won't last forever, just like Europe we'll un-do ourselves haha. Your run was nice, but it's over and it will forever be over. So just calm down a second and realize not every American thinks the United States is the best thing ever.

   And lastly you shouldn't be touting the EU because it's a joke. England want's no part in it, and it's just sad attempt to create a conglomerate of countries to compete with America. Besides the whole thing reeks of problems considering it's largely run by a few leading countries to pull the weight of the slackers all while diluting your unique cultures. You guys still going to include Turkey?

   Lastly before you talk about the greatness of the EU, please, please, get a functioning military that is worth talking about. Because sadly human nature hasn't progressed a lot and he who holds the biggest stick usually runs things. And right now the EU's "stick" couldn't even beat the Russians, Israeli's, Chinese, and probably not even India. Besides we're getting tired of fighting useless wars against poor people, that was Europe's job for 300+ years. So please be my guest and take it back.
