I have always been a lover of sports, from sinking my first jump shot on my 7th grade basketball team to watching the Braves of the 90's choke out divisional pennant (one after another) with my grandfather. I guess that sports really has helped define me in some ways. It has been a backbone for many of my greatest relationships and quite possibly the one trait that drew interest from the lady that would eventually become my wife.
What can I bring to Bleacher Report? Well, if you look at some of my previous post then you will find that I am very young in my writing skills. I am from Alabama, so what would you expect. I say things like - Y'all ain't fixin's to do that ares ya. I guess really, I hope to bring a different perspective to some of the stories that I hold dear and true to my heart. So, thank you for reading if you find this and I really hope you enjoy my alter-dimension look at sports.
Thought I would give The Relay for Life one more push before our big event Saturday. This one is a more in-depth look into the story of Dave Dravecky. Also posted a link for the Josiah Herring Funeral Fund!
