Here's the second edition of WWE/TNA: ECW Epics. Could you give it a read and possibly comment on it? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

This is the fourth in my connection series analyzing the odds of some of the events that occurred during the draft from a mathematical standpoint. I think this is a pretty interesting read, so I hope you have time to look at it…

    ATTENTION ALL WRESTLING COMMUNITY MEMBERS

Seriously, why is Joe Burgett the number one ranked Wrestling writer on B/R? Is there anyone here who agrees with this?

I'll give him credit where it's due, he writes a lot, but the quality of his work is vastly inferior to some of the other writers on this site, to put it mildly.

So is this what it comes down to around here? Quantity is rewarded over quality. There needs to be a change.

I suggest that the rankings system be permanently changed so that people like Joe Burgett cannot hijack an entire section on this site by writing a litany of sub-par, and even illiterate articles, while other, more deserving writers watch their higher caliber work go practically unrecognized. The rankings system must be changed to reward the deserving, not punish them.

I would like to write an article about this very topic and I need some input from B/R members as to what the criteria should be for promoting B/R members in the rankings. I would also like your input on what you think is the best way of petitioning the administrators here for procedural rule changes.

I also would like to see how many people feel that Joe Burgett is deserving of this top ranked writer spot, and how many feel that he is not. And I'd like to know, specifically, what your reasons are for your opinions. Why do you feel the way you do?

I know that I have vigorously championed Joe's work recently, but you're just going to have to read between the lines to figure that one out. If I have to explain it to someone, they probably won't really get it anyway.

If I've annoyed anyone in this section in the past with my antics, I apologize. It was mainly because I was trying to prove a larger point to the Wrestling community about this individual who, to put it simply, defies logic or any type of conventional wisdom on this site.

I justified my irrational behavior as a necessary evil that had to be done in order to get people to see exactly how dysfunctional, destructive and cancerous this individual can be to the B/R Wrestling community as long as the current rules are in place here. So once again, if I've offended anyone, I'm sorry, but I think I proved my point with flying colors.

This is less about Joe, though, and more about the policies of this site with regards to rewarding writers for their contributions here. Joe was made by the rules and regulations of this site, so let's not condemn him for that. I legitimately do feel bad that people always pick on him, and I genuinely did want to stand up for him, if only just to prevent that kind of thing from happening to anyone here. I see that he brings a lot of that on himself though, so I don't feel so bad anymore.

I think that we must all ask ourselves, are we really annoyed at Joe personally, or just the rules and regulations here that allow him to be rewarded for his persistent nonsense? Well, maybe both, but never mind, scratch that thought.

The point is, I think we have a genuine opportunity to "fix" things around here. It looks like we're getting a new Community Leader, and maybe, if we're lucky, we can have a new number one writer who won't cast a bad reflection on the rest of the excellent writers here in the Wrestling section.

I, myself am somewhat insulted to see that this individual is ranked higher than some of the truly awesome writers we have here. Let's put a stop to this idiocy once and for all. We have the power to change things around here. Just look at what happened with the Community Leader situation. M's article set that all in motion. This is definitely workable and achievable.

Please leave your input on my bulletin board. I think we can make something really good happen here if we work together on this one. I hope I have your support on this issue.
