I'm a 21 year old freelance writer originally hailing from Kansas City, Missouri. I currently attend the University of Missouri in Columbia. As a kid growing up, my father was a minor league player and a long time fan of the Chicago Cubs. I grew up listening to Denny Matthews and Kansas City Royals games on the old AM radio on the porch with my dad, keeping the books to the game so I had the stats of all the players updated daily. As a college student, I'm a season ticket holder for the Royals, and try to go to three or four Cubs games a year. The only thing I hate more than the Yankees is the Cardinals, sorry all you St. Louis fans.
