About

I'm 23 years old and I'm currently studying Graphic Design at Weber State University. I'm an avid NBA fan and watch as many games as I can. I root for the Utah Jazz, but can appreciate any good game. I'm new to Bleacher Report, but I've been blogging for the past couple of years. I'm currently working as a photo lab technician to put myself through school.

Ya man I did serve in Indy. You probably remember my friend from home better than me though, Colton Peterson.

Thanks for following up, Drew, and I appreciate the kind words. I found B/R a few years ago when it was just establishing itself and I feel really lucky to have contributed both as a writer and now within the community. If you are looking to rise through the ranks, the best advice I can give you write! write! write! Getting a feel for the platform, the audience, and especially for your own writing will only come as you continue establish yourself as a presence on B/R. I especially encourage you to apply for the sports writing internship, which you can learn more about by finding the link on the bottom of any B/R page. The internship is incredibly rewarding, as well as challenging, and simulates a digital newsroom. Also, B/R U is another terrific learning experience and perhaps down the road you can apply for the Featured Columnist Program. If you have more questions about anything B/R- related I'd be happy to help. Feel free to email me too at wleivenberg@bleacherreport.com.

    Thanks!

Thanks, Drew! Looks like you are pretty new to B/R — how are you liking it so far? Your NBA articles have been terrific! Are you more of a Jazz or OKC fan? Despite being a die-hard Lakers fan, I still really appreciate the Thunder and assume they have multiple championships in them over the next decade. By the way, I really enjoyed your Jazz piece about most Underrated players. I think that's a team with a lot of promise, but is sort of without that one go-to scorer/leader. But who knows, maybe someone will emerge this season.

    Thanks again, Drew!
