Hey Michael,

Thanks for the comment on my bulletin board.

To answer your question, my second year at a junior college out here, I decided I wanted to coach, so I searched all the high schools I could and basically just pestered them 'til someone allowed me to work on their staff. I started out filming and just helping in the behind-the-scenes kind of roles.
And at the high school I work at now, I still did some of those types of things, but somehow was able to add Freshman Offensive Coordinator. This year, I'm kind of taking a step backward, but that's okay, since it will allow me to focus more on scouting and the NFL in general.
