Craig's Bio

The greatest football player to ever step foot on a football field died today(Dec. 18, 2008). "Slingin'" Sammy Baugh was 94 years old. He still holds many NFL records to this day. He once led the league in Passing, Punting, AND Interceptions. He still holds the record for career punting average, and the best punting average in a single season(51.4 yards per punt, WOW). He led the league in passing a RECORD 6 TIMES.

Sammy Baugh was the last surviving member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame's inaugural class.

Sammy Baugh was responsible for the evolution of the passing game we know today, and I offer my heartfelt thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

I write because I can. That's not to say I'm any good, only that I CAN.

If someone enjoys what I write, that's great, if not, don't read it. But one way or the other, I'd like to know about it, so post your thoughts, good or bad.

I was quoted in the Nov 6th edition of Street and Smith's Sports Business daily and it really surprised me, how cool is that?! It wasn't much, but it was cool anyway, http://www.sportsbusinessdaily.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=sbd.main&ArticleID=125320 This is a subscription website

I have been selected as a Community Leader of the Washington Redskins community, if you have any questions, post 'em to my board and I'll do my best to find an answer for you. Enjoy B/R!
