About Nick »

I'm a junior broadcast journalism student at Syracuse University and a proud Jersey native. I'm also a New York Jets season ticket-holder and a life-long fan. I played football in high school and have been a wrestler my entire life.

I write about the Jets, Syracuse Athletics, NCAA/NFL football, NCAA/NBA basketball, Baseball, and anything else that grabs my attention (probably not NASCAR, sorry).

I'm also a big Yankees fan, sorry again. Knicks haven't done anything for me this century so it's tough. The Devils are my other team and Marty Brodeur is my boy.

NCAA/NFL football is what I love. Although the drama that any sport provides sucks me in. I'm a competitor and something about the best athletes in the world competing against each other captivates me. It's the truest, most inspiring, most beneficial, and for me the most entertaining reality TV there is in the world.

Go Orange (2x defending NCAA lax champs).

I just got back from New York City and had an amazing experience at Madison Square Garden. I toured the arena and gained valuable information concerning the Knicks trying to pick up LeBron and Dwyane Wade next summer. Check it out for me please. Comments/feedback/POTD is always appreciated!

Hey Nick,

Check out my article on how fans are forced to choose between integrity and entertainment too often, and the societal conflict that creates when we realize that sports are just another form of entertainment.

Hey,

The biggest week of games to date this season begins for the Mets with Six games against the Phillies and the Yankees, its a real test for a team that has dealt with quite a bit during this early part of the season. With this I'm presenting another version of my Top Five with the subject centering around how the Mets can be successful this week against the Phils and Yanks. I hope you enjoy and thanks in advance.

Nick,
I have been writing a series taking an in depth look at the Bills, their offseason moves and how I think it will affect their chances at a Super Bowl run. I would like you to have a look at it and let me know what you think.

Thanks,
Lance
