About

An Arsenal supporter since 1996. Believes that football is a matter of opinions, where no one opinion is right/wrong. I bleed Arsenal blood because this team is the reason why I love football. My biggest reward from 11 years of studying in the UK was (apart from my degree...) the chance to support the most attractive team in the world, and being a proud fan.

A fan of technical, fast paced football. Patrick Vieira, Dennis Bergkamp, Zidane and Fabregas are my favourite players of all time, and Wenger is my biggest hero of all time.

Hope to learn about writing here on BR, and to voice my opinions and hopefully find friends who also share my views.

Professional Football: The Chase of An Impossible Dream?

For every one of the 13 million people playing football unprofessionally in the UK, the possibility of professional contracts with professional clubs is a very real possibility for some. But of those with the talent to play our beautiful game, how many are chasing an impossible dream?
