Simon Driscoll,25,and qualified in BA (Hons) Journalism with a 2.2.
I have some experience in the field of Journalism as I have created and maintained a few websites, worked at a few newspapers and put together a couple of magazines for projects which include my recent foray into journalism on the website 360soccer.com (Now known as Fifanetwork.biz)
As well as writing articles and features for websites such as this and getting published effectively.
I am an avid Liverpool fan but i also follow Formula 1, Rugby League and Athletics among other things.
I currently run two mini blogs on Blogger a personal blog on Xbox 360 and match reports on Liverpool FC.
Thanks for the kind words and the fan add mate.
I think it is maybe just a little too long, in length and paragragh length for the internet. I was taught to keep it short, sharp and no more than 30 words a para. Oh and I never start a sentance with a scoreline. Otherwise It is a good read...just got to be more accommodating to us lazy buggers reading on the net :)
Hey mate. I've passed on the complaint to the website owners and I'm sure they'll deal with it accordingly. I totally understand the complaint and I'm on your side an made that clear to Zander and the boys.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Thanks for the pick Simon. Good to see you back.
I just wanted to let you know that Bleacher Report has launched out of beta with an updated look and feel and some great new features. Check out the "Game On" link in the header to find out more.
Next week we'll be launching the site to the world with some public announcements—and it'd be great to get a contribution from you between now and Tuesday to make Bleacher Report's launch a success.
Let me know if you need any help with ideas or have questions. Have a great weekend Simon!
My pleasure, as always. I'll look forward to next time.
Good deal, Simon. Glad everything worked out.
S, So were the problems with Safari or Firefox/IE? I know Safari does have some issues...which we're working on, but which probably won't get resolved in the immediate future. For whatever it's worth, I use Firefox on a Mac and am quite happy with it...so it might be worth trying to download that at work.
Sorry to hear about the technical difficulties Simon. What kind of browser are you using? I know Firefox usually works best with our system, so if you can make the switch that would probably be your best bet. If that doesn't work...let me know and I'll put our development team on the case.
Glad everything checks out, Simon. Keep it coming when you can.
