UFC 129 features defending UFC welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre taking on the only viable contender left in the division in Jake Shields.
The co-main event, features one of the hottest fighters in the sport -- newly minted UFC Featherweight Champ Jose Aldo -- as he takes on Mark Hominick. It will be the first time the former WEC Featherweight Champ defends his belt under the UFC banner.
Other main card fights include a light heavyweight bout between UFC legend Randy Couture and former light heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida; a light heavyweight bout between Jason Brilz and Vladimir Matyushenko; and a lightweight match between Marck Bocek and former WEC lightweight champ Benson Henderson.
