I'm a lifelong Minnesotan, so I've seen my share of promising teams fail to reach the championship. The Vikings in 1998 and 1987, as well as the Golden Gopher Basketball team in 1997 sting the most. As a Twins fan, 1987 and 1991 were great, but that seems like a long, long time ago. Someday, the sports teams in this town will attain glory. Someday.

I am a baseball guy by trade. I run youth baseball tournaments, leagues, and instructional camps. I also coach a high school baseball team. While I would clearly consider this my area of expertise, I certainly am aware of and follow sports at all levels here in the Midwest.
