I'm a sports fan getting back into writing after spending a few years working on my Master's degree. I'll write about MLB, the NFL, NBA and college basketball primarily, but I'll dip into other topics as well.

I am a Toronto sports fan, therefore I hate sports.
When the economy collapsed that hate for sports turned to love as my unemployment allowed me to pursue my childhood dream of becoming a lonely degenerate gambler.
Betting is the only rationale way someone can love sports. Sure you were a Red Sox fan for 70 years, but do you think Johnny Damon cared when he signed with the Yankees. At least with betting you get something out of it.
So after I got the boot from my company I spent two months in Reno and Vegas learning the ins and outs of sports betting from all sorts, bookies, cappers, oddsmakers, and degenerates of course . And sure after a big loss or two I was disappointed, but it was my own doing as opposed to some whinny baby crying about wanting to go to New Jersey.
