Proud daddy and husband. I love baseball, the Yanks in particular. I cherish a good little league game. I enjoy writing anything I can about MMA. Roots, regional stuff in particular. I work very hard to spread the word of local events, fighters, organizations, anything MMA. I am a staff writer for Inside Fights working for Jeremy Botter. I am very proud of my accomplishements here on the BR. I am proud to say my work has somehow found its way to Fox Sports and USA Today. Wierd I know. I'm currently a freelance MMA writer living in Ontario, Canada.

I've always been interested in combat sports, and the incredible athletes that compete in them. I believe in MMA, and want to share my knowledge and enjoyment with the world. I am a dedicated MMA analyst, and enjoy breaking down the technical details of MMA bouts, while providing further insight into the many intricacies of the sport.

I've trained in martial arts, and am currently training in wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I am currently a freshman at Cornell University.

I was born to like MMA; I wrestled in High School and also trained Tae Kwon Do for a while.
(I know it's a joke sport, but whatever :)

I am a busy student who barely has any time to sleep, but if there is a fight being broadcast somewhere, I am ready for duty. I can put any college essay aside if I have to.

I am an avid sports fan as I watch anything that is sports related. I was introduced to mixed martial arts during the first season of The Ultimate Fighter in 2005. I was hooked immediately and it quickly became another passion of mine along with the NY Yankees. I graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting in 2000 and combined my love of mixed martial arts along with my love of writing and started penning articles for Fightticker.com, I parlayed that into a role with one of the industry leading websites, Five Ounces of Pain. I currently write for MMA Opinion and The Examiner which allows me access to fighters, events and some behind the scenes information that I normally would not have access to.

I write articles because I enjoy writing period. I write MMA articles since it is my sport and I have a passion for it. I have been practicing Muay Thai and Boxing for about two years now. I wrestled in high school and I really need to start putting in more time on my Jits since I train at a great gym with really good instructors. I currently go to MTSU majoring in business administration with a minor in marketing. I sincerely appreciate every read and comment.
