Being from North Jersey, I have been a Yankees fan since the day I was brought into this world. On the other hand—I am not a Giants fan. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And most importantly.. I am an over-obsessive, subway alumni of the University of Notre Dame.
Happy to be serving as Notre Dame's newest Featured Columnist.
I currently play basketball and am also a single-digit handicap golfer. I'm a fan of all sports, but I pay in extreme attention to College Football and Basketball, the MLB, and the NFL. The reason I joined the site is to ready myself for my journey into a ...

I just recently received my Masters degree form Cal State Northridge and am considering the pursuit of my PHD in social studies/history. Along the way, I have developed a passion for USC football, which I have followed for more than twenty years. In a somewhat less myopic state of mind, I also follow all things college football and most sports in general. My other passion is politics and I am very involved in following the day to day workings of the Washington DC movers and shakers. Now single after my ex-fiance got smart, I have decided that my next relationship will be with a woman who matches my interests or can share me with the things I love. In the meantime, I will get along following the things that make me happy.

First and foremost, I am a sophomore News/Internet Journalism Major at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Originally, I called Anamosa, Iowa home; I still do on breaks and the occasional weekend.
I am a sports writer for the Drake University campus newspaper The Times-Delphic.
My time is spent writing as a Featured Columnist for Iowa Hawkeyes Football and Drake Bulldogs Basketball. I also maintain a recruiting/newsworthy notes blog on Hawkeye football.
As far as sports go, call me a junkie of the Iowa Hawkeyes, St. Louis Cardinals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Martin Truex Jr., Kevin Harvick and the rest of Richard Childress Racing. Oh, and of course, the Drake Bulldogs!
I recently began working as an editing intern for Bleacher Report. If I'm lucky enough t...

I am a lifelong sports fan. Football is my passion. I am originally from Michigan but have lived in Hawaii for 10 years. My teams are all the Detroit teams, especially the Red Wings. I have a unique rooting interest in college football. I love Notre Dame, but I root for Michigan whenever they are not playing Notre Dame. The reason is that I am from Michigan but my Irish Catholic roots outrank where I am from. I love seeing Michigan and Notre Dame players succeed in the NFL. My two favorite Quarterbacks are both named Brady. While Tom Brady is well on his way to a hall of fame career, Brady Quinn is now finally getting a chance to grow with the team he grew up rooting for, The Cleveland Browns
