I am a journalism student at Loyola University Chicago. I am a junior, and have been a Cubs fan since 1997. I'm engaged, to an incredible woman named Maria, which should probably have been the first thing I wrote but which I'm sure is less important to all of you than to me.

I envision myself as both a writer and a baseball analyst, and am committed to writing only articles that are well-researched and thought-provoking. I'm trying to be objective and to treat issues regarding my Cubbies with cool restraint, but you'll find that at heart, I'm a pretty unabashed homer.
