The Cleveland Browns offense is led by the duo of Colt McCoy and Peyton Hillis. The Cleveland Browns defense is led by a young secondary featuring T.J. Ward and Joe Haden. Pat Shurmur needs to turn the team around in the next NFL season or he may be out of a job.
