I am a sophomore at Marquette University majoring in Journalism. I am part of a team that does a radio show Monday Mornings from 8am-10am on MUR. I went to every Marquette Golden Eagles home game this year and consider myself a die-hard fan to three teams: the aforementioned Marquette Warriors, the Green Bay Packers, and the Milwaukee Brewers.

I want to thank my parents for giving me the motivation to be my best at everything I do, my three brothers for being my best friends in the world, and my friends for being my biggest supporters. I'm a creative writing major at SUNY Oswego, and as journalism is no longer my thing, my writing may at times stray from typical journalistic style and end up closer to a creative essay.

Sports and writing are my two passions (as well as the only two things I may at times be considered knowledgeable in), and I'm particularly passionate about my hometown Syracuse Orange. I am a passionate sports fan born and raised in Philadeldelphia. My first real sports memory is the night in march of 1985 when Villanova upset Georgetown to win the NCAA tournament. My father is a sports fanatic himself as well as a Villanova alumni and my love for Villanova basketball was cemented for life that night by his joy and enthusiasm. We still attend men's basketball games together to this day over 20 years later. I was a season ticket holder for the Eagles in the 700 level at the Vet, even through some of the roughest Ty Detmer & Rodney Pete years. I'm your average guy from West Virginia who is devoted to the WVU Mountaineers.
