B/R Turns WWE ECW (Chapter 22): The Road to Gold

Jax: Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to this week’s edition of ECW, We have an action packed night for you as well as two new champions, speaking of which here is one of them now.

Camera to ring.

Michael Scanion: Behold ECW Universe! I am your new ECW Champion and things are going to change around here.

I am issuing an open challenge to anyone who thinks they can stand a chance against me.

The lights go out and Tear Away fills the arena the crowd goes crazy when the lights come back on Anon is standing in the ring face-to-face with Michael.

He looks him up and down with distaste as he grabs the mic and says consider your challenge answered.

Daniel sees his opportunity and comes running down the ramp followed by Rashad; they enter the ring and unload some punches on Anon.

Michael takes the opportunity to get out of the ring.

The lights go out and when they turn back on Anon has vanished into thin air taking with him the coveted hardcore championship title.

In his place is Sting who wastes no time and delivers a double clothesline to Daniel and Rashad then casually walks out of the ring.

Tony: Well so much for things being settled at Judgment Day, it looks to me that this feud is far from over.

Talking about Judgment Day here are some highlights for those of you that missed it.

Highlights of all three ECW matches are shown.

The Enemy fills the arena and GM Celeste Winchester comes out to the ring, mic in hand.

Jax: I wonder what this is going to be about.

Celeste: I have an announcement to make.
She stares at Daniel and Rashad, please remain where you are, gentlemen, this next announcement concerns you.
I have decided to add another title to ECW; it will be the ECW Tag team title.

Qualifying matches will begin tonight and in two week's time we will see the first ECW Tag Team Champions.

The first match will be between the team of Rashad and Daniel vs. the team of Louie Ramos and Benjamin David.
This match will take place right now and no it is not open to debate.
I suggest you both learn to get along.

Thanks you.
The crowd goes ballistic.

Enemy fills the arena and Celeste leaves.

Tony: Well I am impressed; this will really lift the performance of the tag teams around here.

Jax; Let's just hope these two giant egos can somehow get along.

Announcer: This next match is a tag team qualifying match and is scheduled for one fall.
Introducing at a combined weight of 500 lbs the tag team of Rashad August and Daniel Sumrall and their challengers from the Philippines with a combined weight of 382 lbs the Tag team of Louie Ramon and Benjamin David.

Bell Ring.

Daniel and Louie start things off.
Daniel off loads some punches and throws Lucas into the ropes then follows it up with a clothesline Louie ducks under and delivers a kick to Daniel’s head which send him flying into the corner Louie quickly rolls him up for the count 1..2 kick out.

Both men back to their feet punches exchanged Lucas with an Irish whip Daniel reverses it and follows it up with a boot to Louie’s face he moves in for the count 1.. Kick out.

Tag made Benjamin the legal man in.
Benjamin runs at Daniel, Daniel ducks under and elevates and drops him and he comes crashing down on his back .

Daniel goes for the pin 1...2 Louie breaks it up with a kick to Daniels head.

Daniel makes it to his corner; Tag made.
Rashad is the legal man in.

Benjamin with an Irish whip throws Rashad into the corner; Rashad blocks and delivers a springboard kick that connects Benjamin is down Rashad moves in for the pin 1... Benjamin kicks out.

Both men back to their feet, Rashad off loads a few punches Benjamin block and offloads a barrage of kicks to Rashad’s leg and ribs.

He throws a limping Rashad into the turnbuckle he follows it up with some shoulder barges and then quickly gets Rashad into a headlock delivering a face buster, he moves in for the pin.

1...Daniel comes running into the ring trying to break it up but Louie sees him coming and meets him half way with a drop kick.
2…3

It’s over.

Bell Ring.

Announcer: Your winners the team of Louie Ramos and Benjamin David.

Jax: Well that certainly did not take long.

Tony: Although it was entertaining.

Commercial break.

Jax: And we are back we have another tag team up next I have it here that the team of Mike Wollin and Scotty will be facing the team of Lucas Berndt and Joseph Daniel later on this evening.
But next we have another new talent that has just joined us.

Tony; Here we go

Announcer: Following the following match is scheduled for one fall , Standing at 6’2 weighing in at 250lbs Kash “Seasons” fill the arena as Kash makes his way to the ring and his challenger Ross Rutherford.
Joker and the Thief –Wolfmother as Ross makes his way in.

Bell Ring

Both men face to face Ross slaps Kash across the face.
Kash now spears Ross into the corner, and delivers some high chops followed with some kicks to Ross’s midsection the Ref breaks it up.

Ross now with an Irish whip into the ropes followed with a side slam he quickly moves in for the pin 1… Shoulder up.

Both men to their feet Ross with an Irish whip sends Kash into the ropes.

Kash off the ropes with a reverse high elbow then follows it up with a suplex.

Ross quickly to his feet delivers a double dropkick and moves in for the pin 1.. Kick out.

Both men back to their feet and they lock Ross now trying to lock in a suplex he but Kash reverses it with massive DDT he goes for the pin 1…2…3

Its over.

Bell Ring.

Announcer: Here is your winner Kash.

The VeerUnion “Seasons” Fills the arena

Jax: Wow I am impressed.

Tony: We will see , he might have just got lucky tonight

Announcer: The following match is a tag team qualifier match and is scheduled for one fall.
Introducing at a combined weight of 535 lbs the tag team of Mike Wollin and Scotty

Hatebreed “refuse/resist" fills the arena as mike and Scotty enter the ring.

And the challengers the tag team of Lucas Berndt and Joseph Daniel.

Bell Ring.

Scotty and Joseph start it off .
Scotty quickly applying a suplex hold Joseph counters with high elbow and throws Scotty into the corner kicks to the mid section and shoulder barges referee breaks it up.

Scotty getting to his feet Joseph with an Irish whip into the corner, Scotty blocks and delivers a huge springboard power slam he goes for the pin 1.. Shoulder up.

Joseph rolls away, both men to their feet now Scotty with a few chops sends Joseph into the ropes and follow it up with a snap suplex he goes for the pin 1..2 kick out.

Scotty wasting no time goes to the top rope and delivers a elbow drop Joseph rolls out of the way and makes the tag.

Lucas wastes no time climbs to the top rope and delivers a hard leg drop and goes for the count Mike breaks it up with a massive kick to Lucas’s back.

Tag made Mike the legal man in now.
Mike now waiting on Lucas to get to his feet Irish whip into the corner and follows it up with a knee press he goes for the pin 1...2 kick out.

Lucas slowly gets to his feet Mike wastes no time and delivers a mighty spear he goes for the pin 1...2…3

It’s over.

Refuse/resist fills the arena

Announcer: Your winners the tag team of Mike Wollin and Scotty.

Jax: Well ladies and gentlemen this concludes our show for tonight

Jax: Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the day of reckoning Judgment Day coming to you live from Rosemont, Illinois Allstate Arena.

Tony: We have an action packed evening for you here tonight.
Scores will be settled and new feuds created.

(C. #2) We certainly do have a few surprises.

(Jeff) So let’s begin the night with the return of Sulayman!

(Sulayman makes his way down to the ring being applauded by the fans)

Sulayman: I’m back!
Now I have an open challenge to the locker room.
To prove that I still have it even after my injury tonight’s match will be a Last Man Standing Match!
Now who will answer this challenge?

(Terrell Johnson comes down to the ring)

Terrell: Since you’re a newcomer to Raw I need to teach you a few things.

First you’re the lowest on the Raw list so don’t expect any title matches anytime soon, those are all mine.

Second your about to be out again except this time your going to be out indefinitely!

Sulayman: Terrell, Terrell, Terrell.
Last time I checked you weren’t exactly top dog on Raw. And what makes you think you’re actually good enough to take me out of action.
If anyone will be out, will be leaving tonight on a stretcher or accompanied by the medics it’ll be you!

Terrell: Well let’s find out!

Bell sounds match begins.

Both men lock up. Sulayman pushing him back into the corner. Gives him an elbow to the face. Terrell falls on the ground. Sulayman exits the ring trying to get a chair.
Referee is counting. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Terrell starting to get up.

Sulayman getting back into the ring with the chair.
Terrell is up and Sulayman ready to hit him, but he ducks.
Gets back up behind him, he gives him a kick to the mid section and takes the chair from his arms and whacks him on the head with it.
Now waits and watches the referee counting, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,

Sulayman gets to his feet. Once again Terrell hits him on the head with the chair.
Now goes outside the ring and grabs the steel steps. He throws them into the ring. Gets in to the ring, looking to get Sulayman.
He lifts him up only to have Sulayman give him a low blow. Now in a regular match he would’ve been DQ for that, but here it’s all legal.
Now Sulayman gives Terrell a face crusher with his face hitting the steel steps. Referee starts counting 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, Terrell just getting up. Sulayman goes and gets a mic.

Sulayman: Guys it’s time!
(Giorgi Dolidze & Ben Sampson come running out)

(Sulayman) Everyone, meet the soon to be most dominant group in the WWE, Royalty Judgment! Now, boys get him.

Sulayman goes to get a ladder while they hold him.
Here comes Adam Testa to perhaps help Terrell Johnson.
Giorgi lets go of Terrell and goes after Testa.

Testa attempts to clothesline him, but Giorgi ducks under and trips him.
Now Giorgi takes him and throws him from the ring area. Meanwhile, Terrell still being held by Ben as Sulayman gets in the ring with a ladder.
Now he brings Terrell to the top of the ladder. Starts choking him. Now lifts him while still choking and he drops him from the top of the ladder. Referee starts the count, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, it’s over.

(Announcer) Here is your winner, Sulayman!

(Jeff) Well welcome to Judgment Day everyone it looks like the scales have begun to tilt.

(Jeff) Can you believe this?

(C. #2) How will this group affect the Raw locker room?

(Jeff) Well, we will find out soon.

Sulayman, Giorgi, and Ben all turned heel. Adam & Terrell have both turned face.

Jax: Well I guess Sulayman kept his word.

Tony : What’s this?

The Enemy fills the stadium as Celeste makes her way down to the announcers table.

Celeste: Gentlemen.

Jeff Gorman: What an unexpected pleasure; Special interest in this next match Miss Winchester?

Celeste: You could say that.

Announcer: This next match is a 4 man ladder match and is for the Hardcore Championship.

This match is a non disqualification match.
The only way to win is by climbing a ladder to grab the hardcore title.

Introducing Rashad August, Sting, Daniel Sumrall and from parts unknown Anonymous Guy

Rashad Daniel and Sting enter the ring quickly.
Drowning pools Tear Away fills the stadium as the lights go out.
The crowd goes crazy as the tall dark figure makes his way to the ring.

(Bell Ring)

All four men are eyeing each other off suspiciously, with malice on their minds.

Rashad wastes no time and unloads a barrage of punches on
Daniel.

Daniel with an Irish whip throws Rashad into the corner and follows it up with a knee press.

Anon and Sting are face to face Anon quickly throws Sting is trash talking, Anon throws Sting into the ropes and delivers a mighty dropkick that catches Sting’s face.

Daniel rolls out of the ring and gets a ladder he slides it into the ring and climbs in after it .

Anon goes for a low slide kick but Daniel moves out of the way and Anon slides out of the ring Daniel quickly get the ladder up he starts to climb.

Sting is up after him he catches him and delivers a mighty atomic drop from the top.

Rashad see his chance climbs the ladder and delivers a corkscrew moonsault onto Sting.

All three men are down Anon slides another ladder into the ring he gets it set up and begins his climb to the top, Rashad pushes the ladder over and Anon is airborne out of the ring and crashes through one of the announcers table.

Rashad from the top rope with an elbow drop but Anon moves out of harms way and Rashad connects with the hard cold unforgiving concrete.

Anon grabs a step ladder and drives it into to Rashad’s face.

Sting now sends Daniel into the ropes and delivers a mighty clothes line he drags Daniel over to one of the ladders and lays him out as he begins pressing him in it.

The crowd excitingly and sadistically begins to count to ten as Sting presses him over and over again.

Anon now back in the ring grabs a ladder and slam it straight into Stings lower back.

He sets the ladder up and climbs it quickly to retrieve the Hardcore Title.

(Bell Ring)

Announcer: Your winner and new Hardcore champion Anon.
Tear away fills the stadium

Celeste with a self content smile on her face leaves the stadium as she passes Anon she shoots him a knowing glance.

Jax: My God I can’t believe my eyes that match was one of the most blood thirsty I have ever seen in all my time here at wrestling.

Tony: I wonder what that was that look was about.

Jeff Gorman: Well gentlemen, my guess is that we have just entered a new era of extreme wrestling.

Were over to the SmackDown commentators

(Xavier) Good evening ladies and gentlemen! We are live in HD as Judgment Day has arrived! Tonight, Smackdown's main event will feature AkD defending the WWE Title against Sterling Eby and Jay Rob!

(RA) This is a triple threat match for the United States Championship! Introducing first, the "Hitman" Kevin Canny!

Crowd gives a mixed reaction as he walks out looking confident.

(RA) And his first opponent, Dan Telek!

A big face pop for Telek.

(RA) And finally, Dub Sizzle!

A lot of heat but there are some "Rip his head off" chants.
The bell rings and we are under way.
The match starts as Canny and Telek look to double team on Sizzle.
Telek goes for a clothesline, but Sizzle picks him up and nails a sidewalk slam and Telek is down on the mat.

Canny looks shocked until Sizzle knocks Canny down with a running big boot. Both men are down as Sizzle looks furious in the ring.

Sizzle then picks up Kevin and goes for another big boot, but Canny reverses and somehow rolls up Sizzle for the pinfall.

He only gets a two count as Sizzle gets back up and looks worse than before. He slowly turns his head towards Canny, but Dan hits him from behind with an elbow and tosses Sizzle outside of the ring.

As Sizzle is regrouping, Telek and Canny look at each other and hit individual suicide dives on to Sizzle.

All three men are down as the referee starts the ten count. As he is at 5, all three men are up and Sizzle is manhandling Canny and Telek. Head butt to Telek and Samoan drop on to Canny. Sizzle celebrates and rolls both men in the ring.

As soon as Sizzle enters the ring, Canny is up and hits Sizzle with a clothesline, but he did not move.
Canny looks confused until Telek gets up and they both pick up Sizzle and drop him down hard on the mat. Sizzle is down as Telek hits a lionsault and Canny is holding Sizzle in the Sharpshooter.

Sizzle is in serious pain as Telek watches, but after a few seconds, Telek pushes Canny and hits a leg drop on to Sizzle. Both Canny and Telek are up and they are arguing as Sizzle quietly rolls out of the ring.

Now Telek kicks Canny and hits the Supernova. He goes for the pin, but Sizzle comes in and breaks it right in time as Telek looks mad. Telek and Sizzle look at each other as Telek quickly goes for an enziguri on to Sizzle and it has no effect on him. Sizzle pushes Telek out of the ring and picks up Kevin Canny and hits him with the Demon Driver. He gets the three count as Dub Sizzle is the United States Champion.

(RA) Here is your winner and new United States Champion, Dub Sizzle!
The crowd is heavily booing Sizzle as he walks out with the belt.

Camera Backstage.

(Chip) You think we are ready Daris?
(Brown) Look, do you want to be a winner or what? I've got this and we are going to shock the world on Friday.
They walk out.

General Manager of SmackDown, DJ Rallo walks in the ring with a microphone and gets a standing ovation.

(Rallo) Ladies and gentlemen, I have a huge announcement that will shock the foundation of this business itself. I have promised a big acquisition and I promise you will not regret it. He is the future of SmackDown and the model of sports entertainment. Please join my in welcoming the newest member of SmackDown, Josh Swell!

Crowd is on their feet as Josh Swell walks in with a microphone as DJ shakes his hand and leaves the ring. He hands Swell the microphone.

(Swell) The future is here!
Everyone is on their feet and it is hard to hear Swell

(Swell) Thanks guys. I'd like to address a few things right now that will shake up the foundation of SmackDown. First of all, I would like to say that I will be the WWE Champion as soon as I get my first opportunity and that will be this Friday on SmackDown!
Crowd goes ballistic

(Swell) But there is someone I would like to call out. I've been watching this program for a while and noticed some masked guy coming out of nowhere and taking out AkD, Sterling Eby, and others. I'm challenging you to a one on one contest tonight, so get your ass out here and be a man!

After several seconds ? Comes up on the titantron. He is masked.
(?) (Maniacal laugh) Retribution Swell. We need not to settle this like children.

Swell looks confused.

(?) (Maniacal laugh) We need to settle this like men.
The lights go out and the masked man is behind Swell. As Swell turns around, ? Kicks him in the midsection and connects The Antidote (Death Valley Driver). Swell is down as the lights go out and when they come back,? is not there.

Jax: I wonder who is behind that mask,

Tony: I have no idea but he gives me the chills.
We have the ECW Championship match next and here we go.

Announcer: The next match is for the ECW Championship and is scheduled for one fall, introducing the current ECW Champion Tony Arnoldine and the challenger Michael Scanion.

(Bell Ring)

Both men circling each other and they lock Tony wasting no time with a headlock and a quick take down Michael reverses it into an arm lock and goes for a quick roll up 1… kick out.

Both men to their feet Tony throws Michael into the ropes and delivers a snap suplex and delivers a kick to his head.

He moves in for the pin 1…2. Shoulder up.

Both men to their feet Tony with an Irish whip Michael reverses it and throws Tony into the corner he follows it up quickly with a skip kick and delivers a set of shoulder barges the referee breaks it up.

Both men in center ring Tony throws Michael he goes for a power slam but Michael delivers a hip throw and takes Tony down.
He goes for the pin 1…2 kick out.

Both men quickly to their feet they lock Michael throwing Tony into the corner Tony quickly blocks he climbs to the top rope.

Michael is up after him he lock it in and delivers a superplex from the top rope both men come crashing down neither one able to move the referee begins his count 1…2…3…4… Michael crawls over to Tony and goes for the pin 1...2 kick out.

Michael back to his feet goes to the top rope and delivers a huge elbow drop that connects.

He goes for the pin 1...2…shoulder up.

The frustration is written all over Michael's face, what does he have to do to get the pin?

Both men to their feet Tony gets Michael into a head lock but Michael throws him off into the ropes he delivers a swinging neck breaker and goes for the pin 1…2…3

It’s over

(Bell Ring)

Announcer: Your winner and the new ECW Champion Michael Scanion.

Jax: What a dynamic quick paced match, I can’t believe it Scanion did it. He won the championship.

Tony: Well he sure had to work for it.

Break

(Jeff) Welcome back to Judgment Day everyone. It is time for one of tonight’s most anticipated matches, Ray Bogusz Vs Connor Green.

(C. #2) That’s right. Well Connor is a rookie to the WWE, but he’s already made an impact on Raw.
Ray Bogusz is one of the biggest names in the business. Tonight Connor will try to make a name for himself by defeating Ray.
(Connor makes his way down)

(Ray comes to the ring with an amazing reaction from the crowd)

Bell sounds match begins. Connor locks up with Ray. Connor over-powers Ray and pushes him into the corner. Runs right at him only to get elbowed.
Ray climbs right up to the rope. He jumps off the rope only to have Connor catch him in mid-air and slam him. Connor now locks in a Cross Face on Ray.
Ray trying to resist the urge to tap. Connor finally decides to break the hold. Connor goes to the top rope. Looking for a flying elbow. He hits it perfectly on Ray. Goes for the cover, 1, 2, Ray kicks out.

Connor circling around Ray in the ring. Perhaps he is frustrated. Steps outside the ring to get a steel chair. He brings it into the ring, only to have the referee take it away right away. Connor starts arguing with the referee. Ray takes advantage of this by giving Connor a cheap shot. Now takes him and gives him big DDT. Ray covers, 1, 2, Connor just rolls the shoulder. Ray now waiting their pacing himself and thinking.
He turns around only to have Connor hit a perfectly placed dropkick. Connor covers, 1, 2, Ray still holding on their. Connor gets up and just waits for Ray to get up. He does and

Connor hits his finisher, the Green Mist. It’s over, 1, 2, out of nowhere Ray’s shoulder comes up.

You can see Connor is not happy about that. Connor goes back outside and gets that steel chair again. He gets in the ring with the chair.

The referee telling him to get rid of it, but he’s not listening. Ray gets up and Connor nails him with the chair. Connor gets DQed. Connor keeps on hitting Ray.

Connor heads back outside the ring. He gets the steps and throws them into the ring. He puts Ray on top of the steps and gets the other steps. He brings them into the ring too and starts hitting Ray with them. He gets a mic and is going to speak.

(Connor) You may have won the match, but I won the war. Never show your face on Raw again, or else I’ll do this all over again!

(Jeff) Looks like Connor was taking out all that built up anger inside.

(C. #2) I can’t believe Connor told Ray not to show up on Raw! Takes gut to say something like that!

(RA) This match is a Stretcher Match which means that the only way you can win is by crossing the finish line (end of the entrance ramp) with your opponent on the stretcher. Introducing first, M!
Heavy heat to M as he walks out yelling at fans.

(RA) And his opponent, Ron Johnson!
Fans go crazy as Johnson comes out with a baseball bat.
The bell rings and we are under way.
The match starts as Ron is about to hit M with the Stretcher but M reverses by hitting a clothesline and starts stomping on Ron.
After a series of stomps, M picks up Ron and throws him on the outside of the ring and he looks under the ring for a weapon. M finds a street sign and hits Ron with it and continues stomping on him.
Now Ron looks in serious pain as M picks him up and looks to throw him into the steel post, but Ron reverses and tosses M into it. M's arm is now bleeding as Ron hits him with a low blow and an elbow drop on the outside.
Ron then goes and looks for a weapon under the ring and finds some gasoline.
He takes the gasoline and throws it in the ring and picks up M, but M reverses when he picks him up and nails a neckbreaker on to Ron. Ron is in pain as M goes under the ring and finds some matches and throws them into the ring.
Ron is now up as he hits DDT on to M, picks him up, and tosses him on the stretcher.
M is now on the stretcher as Ron goes into the ring and gets the gasoline. He opens the container and tosses it on to M. M is still down as Ron grabs the pack of matches and gets out of the ring. As soon as he is out of the ring, M gets up and tosses Ron into the ring after a low blow and M follows.
M then pours some gasoline on to Ron and is about to get a match, but Ron gets out of the ring as M follows. Both are covered in gasoline fighting on the outside. After a series of punches and kicks, Ron hits an Omega Bomb on to M and throws him on to the stretcher. He straps M up and pushes him right next to the finish line, but before he crosses it, he has something in his pocket.
Ron takes a match out and lights it. Ron throws the ignited match and throws it on to M. He burst into flames as Ron kicks the ignited stretcher past the finish line. Ron wins the match as medics come to put out the flames on M.
(RA) Here is your winner, Ron Johnson!
The crowd goes wild as he slowly walks to the back as he is bleeding a lot throughout his body.

Jax: Talk about setting judgment, Did you see that?
We still have some more action packed matches so stay tuned

Break

Tony: And we are back

Announcer: The next match is a tag team match and is scheduled for one fall introducing the Tag team of Kevin and Tyler Williams and the challengers the tag team of Jabot and Clifford.

(Bell Ring)

Tyler and jabot start things off both men circling each other and they lock.

Tyler quickly with a head lock but jabot throws him into the ropes then delivers a snap suplex and goes for a quick pin 1... Shoulders up.

Both back to their feet Jabot now with an Irish whip into the ropes and deliver a huge side slam he goes for the pin but Kevin rushes in with a kick to the head and breaks it up.

Tag made Kevin the legal man in throws jabot into the corner both

Tyler and Kevin deliver a barrage of punches and kicks isolating him from Cliff.
The referee breaks it up

Kevin with an Irish whip into the ropes Jabot comes out with a high knee to Kevin’s face and he goes for the tag.

Tag made Clifford the legal man in.

Clifford now with a barrage of punches and high elbows throws Kevin into the ropes and follows it up with a vicious clothes line. He goes for the pin 1…2… kick out.

Both men to their feet now they lock.
Kevin now with some deafening chops across Clifford’s chest he throws him into the ropes and delivers a DDT.

He goes for the count 1…2…3
It’s over

(Bell Ring)

Announcer: Your winners the tag team of Kevin and Tyler Williams.

(Jeff) Well it’s time for the match we have all been waiting for

(C. #2) it’s time for that big steel cage to come on down.

(Jeff) It’s time for two superstars to step in there and the one that comes out first will be the winner.

(Ryan enters electrifying the crowd)

(Shane enters to a crowd who is just against him tonight)

(The Cage lowers and Shane starts trash talking Ryan)

Cage down and locked as the match begins. Shane pointing at the door and you can hear him saying “No way out!” With that they lock up. Ryan turns it into the sleeper. Shane breaks it. Shane gives him a low drop kick. Shane covers, 1, an easy kick out by Ryan.

Shane brings Ryan to his feet. He lifts him up and throws him right at the cage.
Now he starts the climb out of the cage. Ryan getting to his feet. He sees Shane climbing so he gets over there right away and pulls him down. Ryan covers him, 1, 2, Shane rolls the shoulder. Ryan goes to the top rope. He’s going for a moonsault, but Shane gets out of the way. Shane goes for the cover, 1, 2, Ryan not giving up on himself (rolls shoulder).

Shane now goes to get his championship belt(which he left inside the cage on purpose). Now he’s waiting for Ryan to get up and as he does Shane runs right into him with the belt.
He goes for the cover, 1, 2, Ryan really showing his desire for the title as he rolls the shoulder. Shane now takes Ryan sits him down beside the cage door and runs right into him.
With that the door is open. Shane not looking to escape though. He puts Ryan leg in the doors way and slams door on it.

Ryan in serious pain. Shane pulls him back to the middle of the ring, he covers, 1, 2, miraculously Ryan still rolls the shoulder. Shane looks at the open door, but then looks back at Ryan.

He’s thinking what to do. He decides he going to take the easy way out and starts approaching the door.

Just as Shane starts walking Ryan trips him. Ryan now gets up and gets a chain. He goes to the door and wraps the chain around in an attempt to get rid of the easiest exit.
When he turns around Shane gives him a big cheap shot. Covers, 1, 2, Ryan rolls the shoulder. Shane lifts him up. But in mid-air Ryan switches it into his finisher the Hell Raiser.

The crowd cheers their brains out! Ryan quickly gets climbing and he’s almost on the other side as Shane is just now coming to. Shane hurries to Ryan but it’s to late as Ryan jumps down and wins!

(Announcer) Here is your winner and NEW World Heavyweight Champion, Ryan Michael!

(Jeff) Shane’s reign as the champ is over. We have a new leader here on Raw!

(Joe Burgett comes out) Impressive victory. I would like to inform you though that you are about to have your first title defense now as I am using my rematch clause.
Pay attention ladies and gentleman to what is about to be the WWE’s shortest title reign.

(Jeff) Oh my, looks like we have another World title match.
Joe and Ryan get a few minutes to prepare and the match begins. Joe and Ryan lock up.
Joe easily over powers him and throws him to the mat. Ryan is still hurting from the match before. Ryan gets up and Joe sets him up for his finisher, the Saving Grace. And he hits it perfectly! He covers 1, 2, 3.

(Announcer) Here is your winner and new World Heavyweight Champion, Joe Burgett.

(C. #2) So it does turn out to be the shortest title reign in history.

(Jeff) What was that? 2 minutes, maybe 3.

(Joe) Well was I wrong.

(As Joe is celebrating JLB comes from the crowd with a steel chair)

Joe turns around and feels the power of Jason Le Blanc as he violently hits Joe on the head. Jason now picks up the belt and a mic.

(JLB) You are looking at your champion to be Jason Le Blanc. And if anyone gets in my way I'll do to you what I did to Burgett!

(Jeff) Wow! Looks like Raw has just become the show to watch!

(C. #2) Remember both Ryan and Shane still have rematches against the champion.

(Jeff) And how will Joe react to this attack from JLB? You have to tune into Monday Night Raw for that answer.

Jax : This is the final match of the evening

(RA) This is a triple threat match and it is for the WWE Championship! Introducing first, the challenger being accompanied by Christi Lott, Sterling Eby!

Eby and Lott come out to huge amount of heat.

(RA) And the next challenger, Jay Rob the Legacy Kid!
Huge ovation for him as he walks out.

(RA) And lastly, the WWE Champion, AkD!!!

AkD comes out to the biggest pop of the night.
They are all in the ring as the referee holds up the bell as this main event is under way.
We start as Sterling quickly rolls out of the ring so AkD and Jay stare at him and AkD all of the sudden hits a suplex on to Jay as he goes back to looking at Eby. Eby looks frightened as AkD comes to the outside of the ring.

He goes towards Eby, but Lott jumps in the way and starts yelling at AkD, but AkD will not hit her (You are a face man, sorry). All of the sudden, Jay Rob launches himself outside of the ring from the top turnbuckle on to Eby as he hits him with a cross body. Those two men are down as AkD picks up Eby and throws him into the ring.
Now AkD is dominating Eby after a few punches and then a German suplex on to Eby as he is down, but as AkD turns around, Jay Rob hits a missile dropkick on to AkD from the top turnbuckle and goes for the pinfall. Two count as Eby breaks the pin and he and Rob go at each other.

Eby goes for an Irish whip, but when Jay comes back he hits a spinning wheel kick on to Eby. He goes for the pin, but Eby kicks out at one. Jay picks up Eby but AkD comes from behind and goes for a German suplex but Jay is able to reverse it with a leg sweep. Jay caters the fans for a second, but Sterling tosses Jay outside of the ring and is holding a camel clutch on to AkD.

AkD is struggling to break free, but he manages to get to the ropes. As he gets up, Eby tries to hit him with a running elbow smash, but AkD tosses Sterling into the turnbuckle. AkD goes for the (10 Punches thing) to Sterling, but at eight, Eby kicks AkD down as he goes to the top rope only to be knocked down by Jay Rob on the outside.
Eby falls on to the outside of the ring and Jay Rob is on the top turnbuckle, he is about to jump, but AkD pounces to the top turnbuckle and hits a superplex on to Jay just like last week. Both men are down and AkD goes for the pin.

Before the ref can count, Christi Lott climbs on the apron and the referee is distracted as Sterling Eby comes in the ring on the other side with brass knuckles and hits AkD with them and throws the knuckles outside of the ring.

Eby goes for the pinfall on AkD, but Jay Rob breaks it and hits a kick to Eby and then attempts the Whisper in the Winds, but misses as Eby just gets away. Eby then rolls up Jay but only gets a two count. He looks pissed until he turns around and AkD is there. Out of nowhere, he hits the Paydirt and goes for the pinfall. He gets the three count.

(RA) Here is your winner and still WWE Champion, AkD!

The crowd goes wild as AkD looks exhausted and he is about to leave the ring until the lights go out.
(?) Well good luck my friend...(Maniacal laugh)

When the lights come back, the masked man is in the ring behind AkD and attempts to hit him with the Antidote, but AkD reverses and they start brawling. AkD is about to go for the Paydirt, but he reverses and out of nowhere, Josh Swell comes to the ring and takes down the masked man.

Both AkD and Swell double team him until the lights go out again.
(?) See you next time...(Maniacal laugh)

When the lights come back he is not there as Swell and AkD look at each other. That concludes Judgment Day.

(Jax - Commentator 1) Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and welcome to another action filled night at ECW.

I am Jax and this is Tony Sherman.

Just a reminder that this is our last episode before Judgment Day.

What on earth is that black velvet bag hanging over the ring?

(Tony - Commentator 2) I have no idea.

Anyway, here are some highlights of last week's show for those of you who missed it.

Highlights showing the hardcore championship match play.

Jax: We have four new talents that we will see in action tonight for the first time, two of them in a triple threat match.

The lights go out and "Tear Away" fills the stadium the crowd goes wild when the lights go back on Anon is standing in the ring.

Hanging above his head is the hardcore championship title.
The black velvet bag lays discarded on the ground.

Rashad wastes no time getting to the ring and offloading punches on Anon, he is quickly joined by Sting (Doctor Death's new name).

Who has not forgotten the steel chair to the head by Rashad last week..
“Seek and Destroy” hits as Daniel comes sliding into the ring.

The crowd goes crazy.

Tony: What the hell is going on here; will you look at this?

Rashad and Daniel are at it straight away Sting offloads a kick to Anon’s mid section he gets him into a headlock but Anon sends him flying out of the ring,

Godsmack “The Enemy” fills the stadium as Celeste walks out onto the ramp microphone in hand.

Celeste: Whoa! stop, please stop.

I see you have all decided to start a match without letting me in on it, I like the way you think, therefore at Judgment Day you will be facing each other in a ladder match, for the hardcore championship.

As for tonight, I think I will have you pairing up in a tag team match.

It will be Rashad and Daniel vs. Anon and Sting.

I suggest you all learn to get along and get ready for it.

“The Enemy” plays as Celeste leaves.

The four men are staring each other down as they leave the ring.

Jax: I don’t think Celeste was too happy; nice call though.

Tony: I’ll say, I'm looking forward to seeing them later tonight I hope there is enough room in the ring for those massive four egos.

(Commercial break)

Jax: And were back, here we go.

Announcer: the next match is a triple threat match and is scheduled for one fall or Submission Introducing first from Atlanta, GA standing at 6 ft. 3 inches and weighing in at 230 pounds Scotty.

ACDC's "Back in Black" fills the stadium as Scotty makes his way to the ring.

And from Coon Rapids, Minnesota, Mike Wollin.

Hatebreed's cover of "refuse/resist" plays as he makes his way to the ring
And the final challenger for this match, Kumar.

(Bell ring)

Scotty and Mike start things off while Kumar stays clear in a corner.

Scotty pushes Mike into the ropes and goes for a clothesline Mike counters with a flying shoulder barge which brings Scotty to his knees.

Mike not wasting anytime delivers a low baseball slide and sends Scotty out of the ring.

Scotty hitting the barricade Mike right behind him delivers a knee to his kidneys then slides Scotty back into the ring.

As he attempts to enter the ring he is met by a huge power punch from Kumar that knocks him off the apron.

Kumar now with an Irish whip on Scotty straight into the turnbuckle sternum first that leaves him in agony on the mat; Kumar goes for a quick pin 1…2… kick out.

Kumar, not giving Scotty the chance to get to his feet, goes for another pin 1…2…kick out again.

Scotty on his feet now Kumar goes for an Irish whip but Scotty has a firm grip on the ropes.

The referee breaks it up.

Mike now in the ring delivers an Irish whip to Kumar and follows it up with a huge body slam. Chops to Kumar’s chest followed with a snap suplex.

He goes for the pin 1...but Scotty breaks it up with a hard hit to Mike’s back.

Scotty locks in the cross face Mike is fading fast but he gets to the ropes for a break.

Kumar sizes Mike up with a baseball slide and Mike is out of the ring, he follows him out and sends him flying into the steel steps head first.

Mike is not moving.

Kumar now back in the ring goes after Scotty with an Irish whip
He sizes Scotty up and goes for a spear but Scotty counters with a
high knee to the face.

He locks in Kumar’s arms and pile drives him delivering a perfect
Death Drop.

He goes for the pin 1…2…3

(Bell ring)

Announcer: Here is your winner, Scotty.
ACDC Back in Black fills the stadium as the referee holds up Scotty’s arm.

Jax: Wow what a match, I think these two newcomers will fit in here nicely.

Commercial break

Tony: And were back

Cameras to Celeste’s office

Rashad: I don’t see why I have to wait till Judgment Day to get my Hardcore title back.

Celeste: You know the rules Rashad you have to defend it 24/7 and before you say anything else, that rule also applies to theft.

Rashad: But it’s not like Anon won the title off me.

Celeste: No, but it did leave your hands, and he did bring it back with a challenge for it.
I guess we will find out who wants it most on Judgment Day.
In the meantime, enjoy the peace.

Rashad: Yeah, we will see.

Jax: Just an update on the ECW Judgment Day card:

Tony Arnoldine will be facing Michael Scanion for the ECW Championship.

The tag team of Kevin and Tyler Williams will be facing Jabot and Clifford.

Anon, Sting, Rashad and Daniel will be in a ladder match for the Hardcore Championship.

Next up we have 2 more newcomers: debuting David Bowston said to be a high flyer, and from Manila, Philippines, John Louie Ramos.

I hear Louie has some training in Muay Thai, I wonder how will adapt those skills into wrestling?

Announcer: The following match is scheduled for one fall.
Introducing from Manila Philippines Louie Ramos, and his opponent standing at 5-foot-7 weighing in at 183 pounds, David Bowston.

Lost Prophets ”Rooftops” fills the stadium as David makes his way to the ring.

(Bell Ring)

Grapple and lock David goes for a headlock but Louie counters by throwing him into the ropes and delivers a quick hip throw.

David quick to his feet, trying to lock in a suplex but Louie counters with some high elbows then throws David into the ropes with an Irish whip.

David blocks and executes a springboard kick that connects with Louie’s jaw.

Louie down now; David delivers a few well-placed kicks to his midsection.
David moves in for the count 1…2...kick out.

Louie to his feet now gets David in a headlock and delivers some deadly knees to David’s midsection.

Following it up now with an Irish whip to David blocks and side steps as Louie comes after him.

Louie wastes no time and goes to the top rope David follows him up and delivers a precision top rope huracanrana that sends Louie into a flying somersault.
David moves in for the cover 1…2, kick out.

Louie wobbly to his feet now David not giving an inch gets Louie in a head lock and locks in the Fisherman Neck breaker for the pin 1…2…3
It’s over.

(Bell Ring)

Announcer: Your winner David Bowston.

Lost Prophets ”Rooftops” fills the stadium.

Jax: Well that was a quick match; the speed of those two was amazing.

Tony: Well it certainly wasn’t boring.

Jax: And were back.

Announcer: The following match is scheduled for one fall and is a tag team match.
Introducing the tag team of Rashad August and Daniel Sumrall.

Metallica- Seek and destroy fills the stadium.

Rashad and Daniel enter the ring.

Sting is already there waiting for them a sinister smirk on his face.

And the Tag team of Sting and Anon.

Drowning Pool “Tear Away” fills the stadium as the lights go out..

The tall, dark, sinister masked figure of AG takes form as he makes his way to the ring.

(Bell Ring)

Anon and Rashad start the match with Anon off loading some punches on Rashad.
Rashad with an Irish whip send Anon in to the corner he rushes at him and just misses walking on to a giant boot.

Rashad off loads some punches and heads for the second rope he has Anon in a headlock but Anon throws Rashad halfway across the ring.

Anon closes in for an elbow drop Rashad quickly rolls out of the way.
There was nobody there; Anon quickly to his feet.

Rashad off the ropes now delivers a swinging neck breaker he moves in for the pin 1...2.. kick out.

Both men back to their feet Rashad tries an Irish whip but Anon reverses it and delivers a huge clothes line.
He moves in for the pin 1…2 kick out.

Rashad again with another Irish whip Anon reverses it again and delivers a mighty Side slam he goes for the pin 1..2.. Daniel breaks the hold with a kick to Anon’s back.

Tag made Daniel the legal man in.

Daniel throws Anon into the ropes Anon returns with a thunderous clothesline.

Tag made Sting the legal man in.

Sting now with a clothes line to Daniel he moves in for the pin 1...2...Shoulder up and Daniel quickly gets to his feet.

Daniel now with an Irish whip into the ropes Sting reverses it and delivers a mighty power slam.

Rashad fearing Daniel will be pinned rushes at Sting but Sting is too fast he ducks under and elevates him, he drops from the enormous height.

Daniel throws Sting into the ropes he comes back with a choke hold Rashad from behind with punches, Sting lets go and Rashad quickly tags himself in.

Tag made Anon legal man in.

Anon with a clothes line, Rashad ducks and gains momentum from the ropes but walk straight into a boot.

Sting is on the outside chasing Daniel.
Daniel now with a steel chair hits Sting straight across the face.

(Bell Rings)

Announcer: your winners as a result of a disqualification the team of Anon and Sting.

Drowning Pool “Tear Away” fills the stadium.

Tony: Wow, what a power match.

Jax: Well, ladies and gentlemen, that’s all we have for tonight make sure to join us at Judgment Day, have a great evening.

B/R Turns Into WWE (Chapter 15: ECW)

(Commentator 1) Hello ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ECW.
We have an action-packed evening for you all this week.

(Commentator 2) Yes, we do, and I have it on good authority that Hector De Jesus is in full health and we will be in action tonight.

(Commentator 1) I can’t wait for our main event tonight. We will see Rashad August and Daniel Sumrall in a submission match for the Hardcore championship, as well as some qualifier matches for Judgment Day.

(Announcer) This next match is scheduled for one fall
Introducing Hector De Jesus, and his opponent Ross Rutherford.

Hector enters the ring to huge pop.

Wolfmother "Joker and the Thief" sounds as Ross Rutherford makes his way to the ring.

(Bell ring)

Hector wasting no time attacks Ross with a barrage of punches and kicks, he goes for a headlock but Ross pushes him into the ropes.

Ross rushing at Hector But Hector manages to elevate Ross over the top onto the apron.

Ross trying to get back into the ring, but Hector delivers a mighty jaw breaker which lands Ross on the floor.

Hector measures Ross up, goes to the top rope and delivers a moonsault which connects with Ross.

Both men out of the ring the referee starts to count 1…

Both men to their feet now 2… Ross unleashes a barrage of punches onto Hector then throws him into the apron 3….He lines him up and delivers a mighty kick to the side of his face 4… Ross then rolls back into the ring on the count of 5.

Hector struggles as he rolls back into the ring to the count of 6.

Ross not wasting anytime unloads some kicks to Hector's midsection he then throws hector into the turnbuckle with a massive Irish whip and delivers a knee to his face.

The referee breaks it up.

Hector now gaining momentum from the ropes as is Ross both men launch at each other with a giant double clothesline.

Hector recovers first and goes for the pin 1…2… Ross kicks out.

Both men lock and Hector wastes no time in applying a headlock.

Ross getting out of it again and attempts another Irish whip, Hector reverses it and Ross goes flying into the corner, Hector not wasting any time follows with a spear Ross moves out of the way and Hector meets the cold steel face first.

Ross quickly tries to roll Hector up but he kicks out and is on his feet quickly.

Ross delivers a power slam then climbs to the top rope and delivers a magnificent Spiral Tap. He goes for the cover 1…2…3.

It’s over.

(Bell Ring)

(Announcer) Your winner, Ross Rutherford.

"Joker and the Thief" sounds as Ross leaves the ring to the sound of boos from the crowd.

(Commentator 1) Wow what a debut by Ross on ECW

(Commercial break)

(Commentator 2) And were back that was one hell of a match Ross certainly made his presence known.

I’m not sure what’s going on with Hector lately this is the second match he has lost in a row.

Coming up next is the fatal 4 way for contender for the ECW Championship at Judgment Day.

(Announcer) This next match is a fatal four way elimination contenders match for the ECW Championship and is scheduled for one fall.

This match is a no disqualification, every man for himself.

Introducing former ECW Champion Bryn Swartz, Joseph Daniel, Lucas Berndt and Michael Scanion.

(Bell Ring)

All four men are at each other straight away Michel unloads punches and kicks onto Lucas as Bryn wastes no time and delivers punches to Joseph.

Michael slams Lucas into the turnbuckle face first and delivers a mighty back slam.

Joseph now delivering kicks to the back of Bryn’s knee then delivers a low spear.

Bryn hits the mat face first Joseph wastes no time and locks in a choke hold.

Bryn manages to get to ropes and the hold is broken.

Michael now is trying to roll Lucas up, but Lucas kicks out.

Both men back on their feet. Michael rushes at Lucas, but Lucas is too fast. He elevates him over the ropes and Michael hits the floor back first.

Lucas turns around and walks straight into a massive clothesline by Joseph.

Joseph goes for the pin 1…2.. Bryn breaks it up with a choke hold of his own on Joseph he locks it in.

Lucas now sees Michael on the apron making his way back into the ring Lucas runs for the ropes and delivers a springboard kick that connects with Michael's temple Michael is down again as he hits the unforgiving floor .

Joseph is fading fast under the chokehold with the last of his strength he taps out, then rolls out of the ring.

Bryn and Lucas now face to face.

Bryn whips Lucas into the turnbuckle and delivers a barrage of kicks and forearm hits the referee breaks it up as Lucas slides down in the corner.

Bryn sees Michael trying to get into the ring he rushes at him and tries to deliver a shoulder barge but Michael moves ducks and Bryn goes face first into the cold unforgiving steel pole.

Bryn slides down the anguish written on his face.

Michael now delivering a few low kicks and sees Lucas from the corner of his eye he side steps and delivers a power slam then rolls Lucas up for the pin 1…2…3

It’s down to Michael and Bryn both men circle each other and they lock.

Michael not wasting anytime throws Bryn into the ring he and follows its up with a mighty power slam and a quick pin 1… shoulder up.

Michael now with a set of two suplexes once you can see the pain on Bryn’s face the pain in his back is excruciating.

Bryn gets to his feet slowly.

Michael sizes Bryn up and delivers a viper quick spear followed by a deadly DDT.

He goes for the pin, 1…2…3.

It’s over.

(Bell Ring)

(Announcer) Your winner and number one contender for the ECW Championship match Michael Scanion.

(Commercial break)

(Commentator 1) And were back, what a match, looks like Scanion is going to face Arnoldine at Judgment Day for the ECW Championship.

Those four superstars gave it all they had.

(Commentator 2) They sure did and we still have the submission match to go.

(Announcer) This next match is a Submission match the only way you can win it is by submission or pin fall.

Making his way to the ring Rashad August and his challenger from Houston, Texas he is the current Hardcore champion Daniel Sumrall DTH.

(Bell Ring)

Rashad is in the ring showing off for his fans.

Metallica- "Seek and Destroy" fills the arena.
No sign of Daniel. Several minutes pass the music starts up again, still no sign.

(Commentator 1) This is strange; where the heck is he?

(Camera to the back)

A fight has broken out between Daniel and Doctor Death.

A referee is on the scenes quickly.

(Bell Ring)

(Commentator) Looks like we have a hardcore championship match on our hands.

Doctor death with a handful of Daniels hair repeatedly smashing his face into the wall, Daniel’s face bloodied and bruised he blocks the last slam and counters with a high elbow to Doctors face.

He turns and unloads a barrage of kicks and punches on Doctor Death.

Death blocks a punch and takes Daniel down with a low kick.

He quickly rolls him up for the pin 1…2… kick out.

Both men to their feet now, Doc gets Daniel in a headlock trying to go for a DDT, but Daniel counters and sends Doc flying as they both spill out onto the ramp.

The crowd goes crazy.

Doc now back in control picks Daniel up and delivers a mighty back drop off the ramp onto the unforgiving cold hard concrete.

The referee is there within seconds.

Doc jumps down and moves in for the pin 1…2 .. Rashad sees his opportunity and breaks it up with a steel chair to Doctor Deaths skull he collapses in a heap and Rashad calls for the bell and a referee.

He quickly locks in the sharpshooter and a half conscience Daniel screams out in pain then taps out.

It’s over.

(Bell Ring)

(Announcer) Your winner and the new Hardcore champion Rashad)

(The Enemy fills the stadium) GM Celeste Winchester makes her way down the ramp.

She has the hardcore championship belt in her hands and hands it over to Rashad.

Celeste: I believe this is yours again.

Rashad: Yes it is, thank you.

Celeste: Nice job in winning it back, well done.

Suddenly the stadium turns as dark as a moonless night.

The crowd goes crazy.

"Tear Away" fills the stadium, and the lights return but Anon is no where to be seen.

Celeste stares in silent disbelief, at the carnage before her eyes.

A collective gasp of shock from the crowd fills her with dread.

Three superstars lay motionless and broken before her, and the HC Title is no where in sight.

Camera fades out, show goes off the air.

(Commentator 1) Hello ladies and gentleman and welcome to ECW.
This is our first show back after the draft and it is going to be action packed.
We have two new champions Tony Arnoldine is the new ECW champion, and new comer Daniel Sumrall is the new hardcore champion.

(Commentator 2) Wow and what a show it was. Just recapping for those of you that missed Backlash here are a few highlights.

Highlights of the match of the championship match of Tony Arnoldine and Bryn are shown followed by the attack on Dan Telek by Daniel Sumrall capturing the Hardcore Championship.

(Commentator1) We did really well in both the draft and the supplemental draft and we will be seeing some of the new superstars in action here tonight, here we go.

(Announcer) This next match is scheduled for one fall introducing Lucas Berndt and his challenger Nathan Migeul.

(Bell Ring)

Both men circling each other Lucas not wasting anytime moves in and has Nathan around the waist, Nathan delivers some high elbows and breaks the hold, throwing Lucas into the corner and then delivers a knee brace to his chest followed with a few high chops.

He lines Lucas up for a body slam but Lucas quickly moves out of the way and slams Nathan into the corner face first.

Lucas now with a low spear to the back of Nathan’s knees and he rolls him up for the pin 1…2. Nathan kicks out and rolls away.

Lucas now climbing the ropes and he delivers a brilliant moonsault he goes for the pin again 1…shoulder up.

Both men on their feet now in a slugfest of punches pushing each other into the ropes, Lucas tries an Irish whip but Nathan reverses it and slams Lucas into the ropes.

Nathan delivers 4 shoulder barges and then moves in for a brilliantly executed DDT he goes for the count 1…2…3

It’s over.

(Bell Ring)

(Announcer) Your winner Nathan Migeul.

Commentator 1) Now that was a high paced match nothing but pure action.

Commercial break.

(Commentator 2) And we are back you are right that was an awesome match but we still have more to come.

(Camera to backstage)

Daniel Sumrall walking out of the locker room.
Rashad out of no where attacks with a barrage of punches and kicks.

Rashad: That’s my title you have there and I plan to get it back right now

Ref runs to the site.

(Bell Ring)

Rashad continues with elbows to Daniel’s back .
Daniel fall to his knees and then delivers a jawbreaker he throws Rashad into the wall face first but Rashad blocks it.

Rashad now with a hip toss on the hard unforgiving concrete.
He moves in for the pin 1…2…Shoulder up.

Daniel is fast getting to his feet, more punches exchanged by both.

Daniel delivers a low leg sweep that lands Rashad on the floor but Rashad is back to his feet within seconds.

Rashad now focusing his punches to Daniels kidneys,blow after blow the pain is registering on Daniel face.

Daniel shoves Rashad into the wall and off loads some punches and kicks to Rashid’s mid section.

He then moves in for Rashad legs and applies the sharpshooter.

Rashad's face tells the story of the pain and he taps out.

(Bell Ring)

(Announcer) Your winner and still your Hardcore Champion Daniel Sumrall.

(Commercial)

(Commentator 1) And we are back, somehow I don’t think this is over Rashad is not the type to forgive and forget.

(Commentator2) Well I guess Sumrall just got his official welcome to ECW.

Commentator 1) More like a baptism by fire.

(Camera Celeste’s office)

Rashad: Did you see what just happened?

Celeste: Why yes I did. What brings you to my office? Make it quick I have things to do.

Rashad: I want him next week in a stretcher match for my title.

Celeste: I will tell you what; if you beat him next week in a submission match you will have your chance at a title match the very next week, agreed?

That’s unless he loses the title between now and then a week is a very long time to defend a title 24/7, anything can happen.

Rashad: I don’t care if he does lose it between now and then I still want him next and I promise you won’t be sorry.

Celeste: Oh, I know I won’t.

(Commentator1) I told you Rashad was not going to let this go.

(Commentator 2) Well at least we are getting a submission match next week.

(Camera back stage)

Celeste making her way to the ring, she passes Daniel and gives him a smirk.

Celeste: Good job tonight, I hope you can hold your own in a submission match next week against Rashad.

Daniel: I have no problem with that.

Celeste: Good, glad to hear that. Now if you will excuse me I am running late.

The Enemy sounds as Celeste makes her way to the ring.

Celeste: Tonight I have a treat for you all.
The tag team of Clifford Yates and Jabot Singleterry will be involved in a two on one handicap match against no other than ECW’s recent acquisition AG

Both Clifford and Jabot rush into the ring.

Huge pop.

Celeste: Anonymous Guy will you please grace us with your presence and come to the ring?

(Commentator 1) What is she doing?

(Commentator2) I think she is summoning him to appear.

(Commentator1) You can’t be serious?

The arena darkens and Drowning Pool-Tear Away fills the stadium.

A tall dark cloaked figure begins to emerge as Anonymous Guy makes his way to the ring.

Celeste waits nervously for Anonymous to walk into the ring, she stares up at the masked face, thanks him and leaves the ring.

GodSmack - The Enemy fades as Celeste walks out.

(Commintatot1) Did you see the size difference between them two he stands at least one foot taller then her?

(Commentator 2) I don’t blame her for rushing out of the ring; I wouldn’t want to mess with him.

That is the strangest thing I have ever seen in all my years in Wrestling.

(Announcer) This next match is a two on one handicap match and can be won by pin fall or submission there are no disqualifications or count outs.
Introducing the tag team of Jabot and Cliff and the challenger standing at 6’6 and weighing in at 267 lbs Anonymous Guy.

All three men are in the ring Clifford and Jabot starts things offloading a barrage of punches and kicks onto Anon.

They both throw him into the ropes together.

Anon returns with a double clothesline that sends both men crashing down hard onto the mat.

Cliff is the first back on his feet and pushes Anon into the ropes Anon ricochets back and Cliff delivers a mighty side slam.

He goes for the pin 1… shoulder up.

Jabot up on the top rope comes crashing down with a devastating elbow blow to Anon’s heart.

Jabot goes for the pin 1…2. Anon kicks out and rolls out of the ring.

Clifford attempts a slide kick but Anon is too quick and gets out of the way fast.

Clifford slides out of the ring and lands on the unforgiving floor.

Anon now with a handful of Clifford’s hair hurls him straight into the ring stairs.

Jabot up on the top rope delivers a precise moonsault straight onto Anon .

Both men are lying on the floor catching their breath.

Jabot recovers first and heads for one of the steel chairs, Anon waits and just as Jabot starts swinging he counters with a kick straight to the chair sending Jabot into a crumbling heap on to the floor.

The sound echoing eerily while mixing in with the crowds boos.

Anon now gets hold of Clifford and rolls him into the ring and rolls in after him.

He goes for the pin 1.. but he lets him go Clifford gets to his feet and goes for a clothesline but Anon ducks under it and continues to build momentum from the ropes.

Anon launches his whole weight in a flying body slam at Clifford and connects.

He looks around him keeping an eye out for Jabot but he has not moved.

Clifford gets to his knees; Anon sees his opportunity and lifts him up on to his shoulders then drops full face on onto the mat with The Aneurism.
He moves in for the pin 1…2…3…
It’s over

(Bell Ring)

(Announcer) Here is your winner Anonymous Guy.

Drowning Pool-Tear Away fills the stadium and the lights go out.

When the lights come back on Anon is no where to be found but the carnage is on display for all to see.

(Commentator1) What a match that was unbelievable.
And that’s all we have time for tonight.

ECW Random Thoughts

-I just can’t get over Evan Bourne.
-I swear that man gets better every time I see him in action.
-He also has a knack of making mediocre wrestlers look extraordinary when they are opposing him in the ring.
-He so deserves and needs a push.
-WWE can’t afford to just let a talent like that fade away.
-What do you guys think?
-I am at a loss and still trying to figure out why Josh Matthews' comments on the match between Bourne and John Morrison were edited; all he said is that it was the match of the year and a five-star match which in my opinion it really was.

-Going to the other side of the scale, is it just me or does everyone die from boredom every time good old predictable Vladimir Kozlov enters the ring?

-Surely someone in the creative team can write this guy a personality; any personality.

-And is that really the best that England could offer up as local talent? C’mon now. That was just obscene. Thankfully the whole spectacle was over and done with in a matter of minutes.

-Shawn Michaels is still out with knee injuries.
-Predicted time of return is July.

-Kurt Angle has given a recent interview to vindy.com
-He talks about how wrestling profiles are oversized.
-And how demanding his schedule is.

Here are some highlights:

“Another fan asked me if I thought that Bret and Shawn would ever "make up" and "get along" someday. I doubt if they will ever spend any quality time with each other if that's what you want to know but I also assume that both men are ready to move forward and focus on other facets in their lives than philosophical differences that occurred over a decade ago. John Cena is featured on the cover of the latest issue of Pro Wrestling Illustrated.

Ashley Massaro has posted a blog on her MySpace account. She states that that the rumors are just that and nothing more. She said someone had created that false account and has been since deleted. She also stated that she might be returning to WWE sometime in the future.

Well when ever she comes back I wish her luck getting some airtime in the barbie division, I mean women's division.

Orton
In the latest issue of WWE, Orton stated spoke out about why he kicked Manu out of Legacy.

"Respect, that's something that Manu, who had a chance to be part of Legacy, didn't have,"

"He grew up in the business, and you would've thought he'd have that ingrained in his mind. He had been wrestling since his early teens, and he thought that he was already a veteran in his early 20s. That's what got him fired from Legacy. But I think we're looking to include another part man in the stable to make it all the more powerful. I'll say no more."

Well I guess that’s Orton’s story and he is sticking to it. Don’t you think it’s strange that when Manu got booted out of legacy he also got released for WWE?

Jeff Hardy Update
Jeff Hardy is still not signing any deals with WWE. On the last report WWE offered Hardy a 12 month contract and he refused to sign it. TNA has denied any rumors that Hardy will be joining them.

Rumor has it that Jeff Hardy has made a comment regarding all this, stating that for now he is taking it one day at a time.

Sounds to me like there is some injury behind all this.

Bobby Lashley Update

This just in Lashley did not sign with TNA as was last reported , he was simply there as a visitor he will still be fighting Bob Sapp on June 27

In a phone interview to the Poughkeepsie Journal Ric Flair stated he would be in his son Reid’s corner. He also talked about the fun he was having promoting WWE. Here are some highlights:

In a recent interview with Canada's Times, Trish spoke out against the diva’s division, claiming that it is in poor shape and that there are too many Diva’s in it that do not get a fair chance, she stated that the division was in dire need of good management

"It is disappointing," she says. "I think what it is, they have too many women. And I think they can't even see who's who because there's so many of them. I think they need someone maybe that can focus on the women."

Chuck Palumbo recently told the "Monday Night Mayhem" show that the chances of him showing up in TNA before the year is over are pretty good.

(Godsmack’s "The Enemy" strikes up)

(Commentator One) I wonder what brings Celeste out here.

(Celeste) Hello everyone, I am here to announce that ECW will be hosting a tag team tournament here tonight as your main event, and have the tag team of AkD & Sulayman from SmackDown here to challenge our tag team of Jabot Singleterry & Clifford Yates.

Good luck, men.

I would also like to remind the referees to be vigilant as the Hardcore Championship is defended 24/7 and can be challenged anywhere.

Tony Arnoldine makes his way to the ring.

Tony: I want a rematch.

Celeste: A rematch?

Tony: I was cheated out of the ECW Championship.

Bryn makes his way to the ring, the ECW Championship belt over his shoulder.

Bryn: I cheated? I don’t think so, I won that match fair and square; that championship is mine (Bryn holds the championship belt above Tony’s head, both men now are nose to nose).

Celeste: That’s enough; I will give you the chance to face Bryn for the ECW championship at Backlash, but first you will need to win a triple threat match against Hector De Jesus and Kevin Williams.

(Bryn smirks at Tony and leaves the ring.)

(Celeste leaves the ring; Godsmack's "The Enemy" fades out)

(Commentator) Did you hear that? We are facing off against SmackDown right here tonight.

(Commentator Two) Not only that, but we get to see a triple threat match. Sounds like it’s going to be another action packed show.

I have here that Rykz Nagla will be making his debut here tonight; he is originally from Leicester, England, and has a good kick on him.

(Commentator One) We also have a superstar from RAW on our brand tonight Ron Johnson.

We will see both of these superstars in action tonight.

(Commentator Two) I have just been informed by Dan Telek that he will be looking for an opportunity to get his hands on Rashard for the Hardcore Championship.

(Commercial break)

(Commentator One) And we're back.

(Announcer) The following match is scheduled for one fall; introducing from Leicester, England, Rykz Nagla...and his opponent from St. Louis, Missouri, Ron Johnson.

(Bell rings)

Both men start in a grapple hold Ron gets Rykz into a headlock Rykz counters with some elbow blows to Ron’s mid section.

Rykz send Ron flying onto the corner with a perfectly executed Irish whip and runs at him for a full body slam only to run straight into the corner when Ron quickly moves out of the way.

Rykz hits the turn buckle full on. Ron quickly follows this up with a spear, but Rykz moves out of harm's way.

Rykz wastes no time and lifts Ron up to execute a Crucifix Powerbomb Ron lands on the mat neck first. Rykz wastes no time going in for the count.

1...2…3 It’s over

(Bell rings)

(Announcer) Here is your winner, Rykz Nagla

(Commentator One) Did you see that Awesome Crucifix Powerbomb? I have not seen that move done in years?

(Commentator Two) Very impressive; looks like Rykz has certainly made a huge splash in his first match here.

(Commercial break)

(Commentator One) And we're back.

(Camera shows the car park, where Rashad is just pulling in to the parking lot)

(Commentator One) What’s this, why is Rashad here?
He doesn’t have a match tonight.

(Commentator Two) You forget he is the Hardcore champion; he has to be at every show. Remember it’s defended 24/7

(Camera back in the parking lot)

Rashad steps out of the car and as he reaches in to get something, suddenly is attacked by Dan.

(Bell Ring)

A referee is on the scene in seconds, both men are going at it in a barrage of flying fists, Dan rushes at Rashad and slams him back first into a car, the side mirror slams to the ground and breaks.

Rashad recovers and side steps just as Dan rushes at him for a spear, Dan slams into the car, Rashad does not waste anytime as both men continue the fight on the ground.

Dan finds a hubcap lying on the ground and slams it into Rashad's skull with a deafening crack that resounds in the parking lot as Rashad is knocked out cold.

Dan moves in for the pin.

1…2…3…It’s over.

(Bell Ring)

(Announcer) Your winner and new Hardcore Champion, Dan Telek!

(Commercial)

(Commentator One) And we're back, well what did you think of that last match? I really feel sorry for Rashad; he never even seen that coming.

(Commentator Two) Well that’s what the 24/7 rule is all about you have to defend that belt 24/7: any place, anywhere, any time, and if you are not ready, well, that’s just too bad.

I just hope that broken mirror does not give Dan seven years of bad luck.

(Camera: Celeste’s office)

Doctor Death: I think you know why I am here Celeste, I want my revenge on M tonight?

Celeste: Well you should have thought about that before you cracked open his skull last week with a chair. He is not here tonight. I gave him the night off.

Doctor Death: Then when; when can I have my revenge?

Celeste: I tell you what, how does next week sound to you? And I think I will make it a submission match, so are you in?

Doctor Death: You got it, you know what, Celeste? I think we understand each other perfectly.

(Commentator One) Now that is one match I am looking forward to next week, I hope M gets some revenge as well.

(Commentator Two) It’s been a long time since we have had a submission match on here, I just hope Doctor Death does not separate M’s head from his shoulders, he is nasty.

(Announcer) The next match is schedule for one fall and is a triple threat match for the ECW Championship contender.

All three men are unloading on each other Tony gets whipped into a corner while Hector and Kevin deliver kicks to his mid section and then to his back the referee breaks it up.

Tony and Kevin are now face to face, Tony slaps Kevin hard across the face the slap sends Kevin off balance.

Hector rushes at Tony but Tony recovers and elevates him up and over the ropes.

Hector lands on his neck after slamming in to the barricade and is knocked out cold.

Kevin sees his opportunity and uses a low baseball slide drop kick Tony is knocked down Kevin quickly moves in for the pin 1…2…Tony kicks out and rolls away.

Both men on their feet now Kevin is trying to gain momentum from the ropes but Tony catches him and delivers a huge side slammer then moves in for the pin.

1…2…3 it’s over.

(Bell Ring)

(Commentator One) Well I guess Tony is going to Backlash to face Bryn for the ECW Championship, I hope Hector will be OK ;that was a nasty landing.

Introducing the tag team of Jabot Singleterry & Clifford Yates, and the challengers from RAW the tag team of AkD and Sulayman.

AkD and Cliff start the match off with a grapple hold.

AkD then moves in for a waist grab and delivers a set of two suplexes he moves in for a third but Cliff gets out of it and kicks him right in the face.

Cliff gets to his tag team partner and the tag is made, Jabot uses an Irish whip on AkD throwing him into the ropes and following it up with a huge clothesline; he goes in for the pin 1…2…Sulayman breaks it up with a low flying scissor kick.

Jabot rolls away and AkD makes to tag to Sulayman.

Sulayman wastes no time and picks Jabot up for a side slam.
He goes for the pin 1…Shoulder is up

Both men now back to their feet Sulayman focusing on Jabot sizing him up.

Sulayman moves in for the RKO but Jabot pushes him into the ropes then delivers a back stabber and moves in for the pin 1… 2...AkD tries to intervene but is speared by Cliff... 3
It’s over; AkD can’t believe they were defeated Sulayman pushes AkD.

(Bell Rings)

Behind the scenes

DX will be reuniting once again as the November WWE live events in Europe are being advertised as the "DX Invasion" tour. Two shows on the DX tour will be in Lyon, France on November 13 and 14 of this year.

Mexican wrestler Sicodelico Jr. announced on his MySpace page that he has signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment.

He actually put up a photo of himself holding his WWE contract, he will be heading to FCW for a few weeks to sharpen his skills before heading to WWE.

Rumor has it that three more wrestler's future are in doubt and may be released in mid-May. The wrestlers in question are: Jesse, Zack Ryder, and DJ Gabriel, but nothing has been confirmed as yet.

WWE has issued a statement to the family of 9-year-old Domori Miles saying that they send their deepest condolences, but asked that a "full investigation" be made before conclusions are reached, as none of the characters in the video game use parachutes or leap off buildings in the game.

I really feel for the family,and I don't want to sound heartless, but I have to say my nephews who are 10 and 13 play that game and others like it when they come to stay and they have never once tried to jump off a roof. Sure they have killed three trampolines and two beds, but that’s about it.

Heck I have played that game to death and for the life of me I can’t remember any parachute scene. It's up to the parents to educate their kids about video games.

It seems that Jarrett is still driven to put his mark on pro wrestling in the same way Vince McMahon re-defined pro wrestling 25 years ago. He talks candidly with Alfonso Castillo of the Steel Cage

AC: So even as TNA continues to expand, your ultimate goal is not to run shows at the level of what WWE does is, where guys are on the road, whatever it is, 25 days a month or something like that?

JJ: I think it’s counter-productive to the entire organization, but first and foremost to the individual. The guys who need to be on all 25 shows, they’re the ones that are in theory making you the most money or are the biggest draws or the most accomplished. And there comes a burn out factor. There comes a time when the body says, “No more.” Or the wife, and family and kids say, “No more.” That’s just as important. So, we’re definitely aware of that. I’m certainly aware of that, because I’ve lived both sides of it. And I know that, for the long-term viability of an organization, you have to keep that in check.

AC: Do you think TNA remains a viable alternative for guys coming up, whether they’re coming up through the ranks or they’re in WWE and want a change? Or is some of that changing? You’ve now gone from growing to the point where you did see some guys defecting from WWE to TNA, and now you’re seeing some go back to WWE – Christian and Gail Kim. Is TNA becoming a less attractive place to work?

JJ: I don’t think at all. I think we’re very, very attractive. Just because those guys have left doesn’t mean… There are reasons for them leaving, whether the contract negotiations went south for one reason or another. Let’s not read into it that they just jumped ship because they wanted to. I think our roster right now is the best roster in wrestling today. I’ve always said it takes some prime time players, it takes some veterans, it takes some up and comers, and it takes some strictly real young, youthful talent. And I think that’s what we have.

Trish Stratus gave an interview to SLAM in which she denies the rumors that she did not appear at Wrestlemania due to her not being able to win it

"Simply, there were no finishes, no 'What's going to happen? Will I win?' discussed," Stratus said.

"It was just, 'Would you like to be in this 25-woman battle royal at Wrestlemania,' and I said, 'Thank you, but I’m going to decline.'"

“Maybe if it was a little clearer that could be accomplished for someone, I would have been a part of it.”

On working with Natalya, she stated:

"Oh my god, I would love to work with her," Stratus revealed. "I think she has so much potential; they’ve just got to do the right thing with her, especially with the built-in history. I get excited when I think about what they can do with her."

MVP has given an interview to the Nottingham.com in which he talks candidly about how a prison guard helped to turn his life around
Here are some highlights

You got into wrestling in prison because of a fellow inmate. Is that right?

“Actually it was one of the guards – he was an independent wrestler and would bring in video tapes and title belts. I was at work release, which is when you're at the end of your prison sentence and you stay at a facility and work at a regular job out in the community.

"He told me he'd take me in his ring and teach me a bit. Needless to say the rest is history.”

Have you ever had a bad injury?

“I haven't had any injury that could put me out of the ring for an extended period of time. Before I got to the WWE when I was on the Independent team, I had my orbital cracked once so that was pretty tough.

But even that didn't keep me out of the ring. I've been fortunate so far that I've had no serious breaks or tears or anything along those lines.”

Vince told the interviewer when the interviewer started to asked him a question about the future of WWE, and the day when VKM is "no longer in the picture." Vince cut him off by saying,

"well, that's not going to happen...no, I'm probably never going to die, so, you know, I'll always be around, somehow. At least, those are my plans, I think."

Aha, I knew it Vince has been watching too much Futurama and plans to be a head in a jar.

(Godsmack’s The Enemy strikes up)

Good evening everyone, let me introduce myself …thank you…thank you …I am Celeste Winchester your new interim GM.

I can see that things have been going down hill here at a rapid pace , but now that I am in charge all of that is certainly going to change.

First let me remind you all, that ECW stand for Extreme Championship Wrestling and that is what I expect from every member of this roster.

In honor of myself becoming the new Interim GM I am bringing back an old favorite of mine, “The Hardcore Championship”.

The first heat for this title is to…

M interrupts as he makes his way down to the ring “Now hold on for a minute Celeste, you can’t just change everything here without notice”

Oh really? Well here is a news break for you Sunny Jim, I can and I will, and for your disrespect you have earned yourself the first match of the evening.

You will be facing Doctor Death in a First blood match; I suggest you get ready…NOW!!!!

Now, on to the rest of the matches I have in store for you for tonight.

Introducing Doctor Death and the challenger M

(Commentator 1) M does not look impressed.

(Bell ring)

Both men start in a grapple hold followed
Doc then delivers a string of back breaking suplexes.
Doc heads for the nearest turn buckle he uncovers it, just then M rushes at Doc and attempts to push his face into the uncovered steel ring.

Doc reacts fast and throws M over the top rope both men are out side of the ring now searching for a weapon M lines Doc up for a spear and sends him flying into the steel stairs back first is this it? Has M made Doc bleed? Doc struggles to get to his feet anger and anguish written on his face… The bell rings (Commentator1) it’s over…it’s over Doc is bleeding profusely form a deep cut on his back.

Doc enraged picks up a steel chair and smashes it over M’s head, M is knocked out cold the ref intervenes and stops Doc from attacking the knocked out M again.

(Announcer) Your winner M

(Commentator 1) Holy cow did you see the rage on Doc’s face, I think we can say that this wont be the end of the feud for these two.

(Commentator 2) You can say that again the thing about Doctor Death is that he is as nasty as he is impressive.

(Commercial break)

(Announcer) The next match is for the Hardcore Championship this match is scheduled for one fall.

Introducing Rashad August and the challenger Dan Telek

(Bell ring)

Rashad is the first one in the ring waiting for Dan to get in but Dan is busy throwing all sorts of weapons in trying to hit Rashad with one of them.
This is mayhem there are flying trash cans and lids kendo sticks even a fire extinguisher is airborne.

Rashad finally at a loss of patience backs up and delivers a huge suicide dive taking Dan off his feet ,he then throws him against the ring

Dan stars punching Rashad and they are going at it blow for blow both men roll back into the ring Rashad throws Dan into a corner and tries to deliver a massive high elbow

Dan reacts quickly with a low blow he then picks up a kendo stick and smashes it against Rashads back Rashad falls to his knees in pain.

Dan quickly moves in for the pin but is not successful Rashad kicks out and delivers a high elbow to Dan’s face. He then picks Dan up and power bombs him over a trash can its over Rashad pins Dan 1...2...3 the bell rings.

(Announcer) here is your winner and the new Hardcore Champion Rashad.

(Commentator 1) I sure would not want to be in his shoes having to defend that championship belt 24/7.

(Commentator 2) It will sure make it interesting around here again, I’m glad the Hardcore championship is back

(Announcer) The next match is a tag team qualifier match for the tag team championship
Introducing the tag teams of Ryan Michael & Joseph Daniel and Jabot Singleterry & Clifford Yates

This match is scheduled for one fall

Ryan and Cliff start the match off with a grapple hold.

Cliff gets Ryan into a headlock Ryan gets out of it and throws Cliff into the ropes Cliff comes off the ropes and delivers a thunderous clothesline then goes in for the pin
1…2…Joseph intervenes to save his team mate.

Both men are back to their feet Cliff is on the receiving end of kicks to his midsection, he breaks and manages to tag in Jabot.

Ryan also tag’s in his tag team partner Joseph both men are going at it punch for punch Jabot manages to get Joseph into a head lock and delivers a flying bulldog.

He goes in for the pin 1…Joseph kicks out and trips Jabot he goes flying face first in to the turn buckle Joseph tries to roll him up but Cliff breaks it up Jabot back to feet now delivers a swinging neck breaker to Joseph and pins him 1…2…3 it’s over .

(Bell rings)

(Announcer) The winners of this match, the team of Jabot Singleterry & Clifford Yates.

(Commentator 1) Did you see the speed of Jabot and Cliff those two might just have it all sewn up

(Commentator2) it’s not over till it’s over I can’t wait to see the second qualifier next week.

Tony and Bryn start it off with a barrage of punches and kicks.
Bryn gets the better of Tony and elevates him over his head and drops him like a led weight,

Dub loads off a few punches of his own onto Bryn with no effect Bryn turns and choke slams him Bryn goes for the pin 1… but Tony breaks it up with a precision uppercut, both men on their feet now exchanging blows and chops that echo and thunder through the stadium.

Bryn head butts Tony, then as he turn around he walks face first in to the size 18 boot of Dub he recovers shaking the cobwebs out of his head and throws Dub over the top ring the sickening crunch is heard through the whole stadium as Dub’s head hits the commentators table, he is out cold .

Tony unloads on to Bryn he delivers a clothesline but Bryn ducks and delivers a reverse roundhouse that connects right into Tony’s temple.

He moves in for the pin and quickly rolls him up for the count 1…2… Shoulder up you can see the frustration written across Bryn’s face he goes on to the top rope and delivers a brilliant Moon Sault he once again goes for the pin 1…2…3 it’s over .

(Bell ring)

(Announcer) Here is your winner and your new ECW champion Bryn Swartz

"It’s always weird to me when a tidbit of my personal life becomes wrestling gossip, because someone saw Dixie and I talking, and now “I may be going to TNA.” I’d be lying if I said it never crossed my mind, but they haven’t come to me with anything, and I am really focused on my MMA.’

Just like any narcissist Vince has to control everything around him.

There is no black no white, no this way or that way, only his way will work, and be accepted in to this strange paradox of eternal struggle for perfection.

And now let’s hear from Vince.

What are you looking at?

Is it not enough that I am bombarded with endless questions before each show; just to keep you all content?

Questions hammer at me before every show, are the acoustics good? Can every fan see the brilliantly prepared show from any seat? Is there a wrinkle somewhere in my suit?

It has to be perfect…nothing else will do. They all come to see the greatest show on earth and…oh how they criticize…they always criticize nothing is ever good enough for them…they place everything under their microscope of critic, searching or that one flaw… that one thread that will unravel this universe.

There is no flaw…they are the ones flawed not me.

Let them come for it is them not me that have suckled at the breast of the greatest show on this planet.

At my creation...yeah you heard me right…My creation. Mine, all mine.

How pathetic they all are how easy they are to mould.

With one gesture I can destroy their fragile reality that I formed and have nurtured for years…How they hunger for every morsel…every crumb that falls from my table.

I am the Supreme Creator…without me their miserable existence would be as dull as their life was before they found me.

Can’t you see? It’s me who controls what they watch…what they spend their money on…Who they worship…and what games they play…Me…Me...All…Me…and don’t you ever forget it.

I even control their emotions with my superior story-lines that tug at their hearts and the very essence of their being…at their humanity.

The fate of their champions are in my hands I can push them to become the greatest that they can be to build them up to make them Gods among men…and just as easily tear them down and destroy them.

It only takes two words to remove their favorite superstar forever.

Those words are “You’re…Fired.”

JBL is said to be joining Vyper Fight League as a host of the show.
He will be joining the VFL at its inaugural event, "Enter the Vypers Pit," on April 24 at 4400 Shepherdsville Rd., Louisville, Ky.

I guess they offered him a sweeter deal than WWE had in store for him, pretty rude if you ask me, what a sell out.

JBL vs. Rey Mysterio match at WrestleMania was only the third shortest match in the history of the WWE pay per view

The other twi matches were: The ECW title match between Kane and Chavo Guerrero at WrestleMania 24 is the shortest lasting only eight seconds.

Followed by a tag team match between Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart vs Boris Zhukov and Nikolai Volkoff lasted 19 seconds at WrestleMania VI.

Is Legacy A Burden to Orton?

I am writing this article to try and unravel the answer to a question, or should I say questions, that have been haunting me for sometime now.

Two of those questions are:

Who is carrying whom in Legacy?

And

Is legacy a burden to Orton?

We have all enjoyed watching Legacy raise havoc on the McMahon’s week after week, like a newer, younger version of the legendary DX, but somehow, somewhere things started to take a turn for the worse for Randy Orton.

Slowly but surely this once great future wrestling God started to be seen as weak, as cowardly and as someone who could not accomplish anything without the help of Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase.

Deny it all you want, but at one point have you not found yourself wishing that Tweedle dumb and Tweedle dumber would just fade back into the once promising team of Priceless?

I know I have, and on more than one occasion too.

As I sit and reflect on all that has transpired, I can’t get past the repetitive questions that seem to be growing in numbers, sneak out of my subconscious and tear away at the fragile threads of reality that is right before me.

Orton’s career as a pro wrestler, a force to be reckoned with, is slowly fading away as a dream does in the light of the new dawn.

The questions are getting clearer now, rising to the surface and slapping me in the face like the RKO that made Orton the dangerous superstar he was, and should still be.

Where are the pushes he so deserves, and has worked so hard to achieve?

Is he being held back?

Why is he not taken seriously?

Then the biggest question of all comes to the surface.

My God, no it can’t be...can it?

Has Orton's identity been lost in Legacy?

There, it has finally surfaced to the top...the harsh blinding truth.

I have finally come full circle, and have gotten off the merry-go-round of denial and doubt.

I now know that Orton, the once brightest star of all, has slowly been lost in Legacy.

The parasites that are Rhodes and Dibiase have been feeding off his fame, and leaving behind an empty shell of a once great wrestler.

It’s not too late. Orton can still be all he can be, it’s just time for a change.

Time to leave behind the mediocre wrestlers, and rise once again to the top...where he belongs.

Kurt Angle
In a recent interview with the Philadelphia inquirer Angle admitted to being suspended from WWE for steroid use.

"Have I used steroids before? Yes, I have, after I broke my neck and lost three inches in this arm and 21/2 in the other from loss of circulation," says the wrestler, who has battled through a number of serious neck injuries.

"But I paid the price, both financially—I got fined $125,000—and reputation-wise," he says. "I was a pure athlete, an Olympic champion. And all of a sudden, I'm like Kurt Angle the cheater? It really sucked.”

JR has updated his blog again. In it he talks about what the WWE now expects from the commentators. He states that it’s all about telling the story. He also came under attack for the remark he made about Rey Mysterio's entrance regarding Heath Ledger's Joker character.

In the latest issue of WWE Magazine, Edge stated he was excited to have Christian, his “brother,” back in WWE.

It’s fantastic having Christian back in WWE. But I’d much rather oppose him in the ring than team up again. Hopefully, someday soon I’ll get my chance.”

Sorry this is late, studies have kept me very busy in the last two days.
Let’s get started, shall we?

Post WrestleMania thoughts

I am not going to bore you all with another article on Wrestlemania.
But here are a few of my thoughts, please feel free to share your thoughts on this as well.

The 25 Diva Battle Royal was a complete disgrace, and I am not talking about the joke of the WWE, Santino, he was just the icing.

There were no themes for any of the Diva’s entrances; no recognition for the old diva’s making an appearance; the whole thing sucked.

It was poorly presented and put the diva movement in WWE back 20 years. It was totally pathetic and disrespectful.

John Cena’s entrance reminded me too much of Eminem. It would have been far more effective if he made his entrance from the sideline

The Hardy brothers could have tried to put a bit more heart into the match, although it did not disappoint.

The IC match was pathetic. 21 seconds? C’mon now, and we all knew that JBL was going to quit wrestling so no surprise there.

Let’s hope Rey can give the title the respect it deserves.

The legends match was five out of 10 in my books, although Piper and Ricky Steamboat showed that they still had some moves.

MITB: Was it just me or did we see the same thing happen to Punk last year?

I would like to see a new rule put in place so that you can't win MITB twice in a row, as it stands it's just not fair to the other wrestlers.

What are your thoughts on this?

Orton and Hunter did a remarkable job. Kudos!

Thank God for the Undertaker's match against HBK.

In the immortal words of JR: “Tombstone! Tombstone! Tombstone! I think I just had an out-of-body experience.”

Rumor has it that the cameraman on the receiving end of The Undertaker's suicide dive at WrestleMania XXV was actually Sim Snuka in disguise. No confirmation on this.

Furthermore, he has no current plans on doing anything on a professional level with WWE.

John Cena is spending time with kids as part of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Orton’s ranting, How many more weeks of Orton’s crybaby whining do we have to put up with? It is getting real old real fast.

I don’t think I can stand to hear him complain about Hunter and the sledge hammer at Wrestlemania for the next two or three weeks. Vince you have used this storyline to the max; for the love of God, let it end at Backlash.

It’s about time, too. Maria's performance has been very low in my books, even if by chance she could win the Diva Championship, I doubt she has the skill to keep it. Who would you like to see as the new Diva champion?

Tazz mystery continues

A source close to Tazz and the WWE negotiations told The Sun that Tazz offered to work WrestleMania 25 and was told not to bother.

The powers that be (VKM) is of the mind that if you are planning on leaving, then leave. He made sure all business with Tazz would be complete before WrestleMania.

Well that doesn’t surprise me; we all know what Vince is like, you're either with him or you are ignored.

I swear that man is getting more senile by the minute. He really needs to start handing the firm down.

"My typical day is very regimented. I drive from town to town if I can. I'm a night driver. I will drive the 200 or 300 miles to the next city. So I don't get to bed until 3 or 4 a.m. most nights.

Then I get up at 11 a.m, checkout time. I go to a Starbucks, because I'm addicted to their coffee. Then I find a local gym and do my workout."

Hmmm, interesting; so that’s the secret to not breaking a nail, not that I have any to complain about, all mine are pretty short.

Steve Austin

In a recent interview with the Houston Chronicle, Austin talks about his legacy and stated that he was still working on his speech for the HOF.

Here are some highlights:

“I did sell a ton of tickets to the matches, and I did sell a ton of merchandise. In the wrestling business, it doesn’t really matter how many times you were champion. It’s how many tickets you sold.

For whatever reason, I sold more tickets than anybody else. I broke pay-per-view TV records. That’s my legacy. That’s the thing I’ll hang my hat on.”

“I’ve been trying to come up with a speech. I’m so thrilled and excited about this. But going up there and talking about myself the real person, not Stone Cold Steve Austin the wrestler, is a whole different ball game.

"You wouldn’t think that Stone Cold, the character, would ever get emotional, but I am a pretty emotional person…Wrestling was a large part of my life, and it’s hard to draw one straight line, or one train of thought, through it. So I’m going to make the best of it and just wing it.”

Random Thoughts

Ric Flair
Is it just me or does anyone else here feel that Flair is regretting his retirement?

He sure seems to be itching to get back into the ring, and I don’t think Jericho has anything to do with his itch.

Although I am sure there are plenty of fans out there that would love to see one of the legends break Jericho’s arrogant neck.

It all kind of went south for me when I found out that Stone Cold would not be the one facing him and handing him his own backside.

Booker T

What on earth was Booker T thinking holding Fanfest on the same date as Wrestlemania?

It sure doesn't take rocket science. I laughed when I first read his website where he stated that he will be seeking legal advice on Vince withdrawing some talent from Fanfest.

Time is running out and yet no confirmation from Trish as yet.
Although she has say that she was free this weekend

Although I am still disappointed that Lita won’t be there.

Who will replace Tazz at WrestleMania?
It is between two men at the moment although JR has stated that it will be a 3 man commentating show.

The two that could step in are
Joey Styles and Matt Striker

Mickey Rourke has stated that he will be ring side
Let’s just hope that Jericho will keep his promise and slap him humble.

I am so torn by this match I mean both Jericho and Piper are two wrestlers I really enjoy watching in action

Paul Heyman, has spoken out against the anti- Semitism that he encountered in WWE to SLAM Sports
On January 27, 2009, Heyman took SLAM wrestling on a tour of the UN International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust.
While explaining the importance of his Jewish heritage to his life.

Heyman says his first true encounter with brutal anti-Semitism was an encounter with legendary booker "Cowboy" Bill Watts, who the WWE has chosen to be inducted in its 2009 Hall of Fame

"After a televised wrestling show, the ratings came in, and Watts was livid," Heyman remembered. "This was during the storyline with Madusa [Miceli]. Our segment was the highest rated segment of that program ... and Watts says -- in front of a room full of people -- how pissed off it makes him that a Jew and a c--- drew the highest rating of the show. He felt it was the downfall of the wrestling business."

Big Fish Small Pond: Jack Swagger

ECW champion Jack Swagger is said to be at the top of his game at the moment.
Don’t get me wrong I enjoy watching the guy, but I can’t help wondering how the All-American American would do if was drafted to Raw or SmackDown.

Can you really wind his career forward and say, this guy is going to be a Hall Of Famer?

We can all agree that in ECW he is holding his own, and he is doing a great job of it to some extent, but how does he measure up against lets say Randy Orton?

Most wrestling fans would say that Orton would destroy him in one match.
I happen to disagree; Orton comes from wrestling royalty and is a brilliant wrestler.
One could say that Orton was groomed to becoming champion all his young life.

Swagger although not from Wrestling Royalty is just as ambitious if not more.
Within six months of being signed with FCW Swagger worked his way to the front of the heap from dark matches to spotlight.

On Feb. 15 just a mere six months since he was signed he defeated DiBiase and become the first-ever FCW Florida Heavyweight Champion.

A month after winning the title he found him self having to put the title on the line
Against FCW Southern Heavyweight Champion Heath Miller, Swagger won the match and became the undisputed FCW heavy weight champion

When signed to ECW he once again repeated the same pattern and established himself as the new ECW champion with in 5 months of being there.

I find it deplorable that Swagger will not be defending his championship at Wrestlemania 25. I really don’t care if Vince thinks that he is too green to be in a live event. He is wrong to pre-judge Swagger. Just look at his history so far.

Is Swagger destined for great things in the future? I think so. In my opinion, Swagger is wasting away in ECW, the 6’6" champion could handle himself confidently and well if tossed into a larger pond.

It may just be the challenge he needs to make history and start his journey to becoming a future Hall of Famer.

Well I’ll be damned, rumor has it that Chyna may be headed to WrestleMania to participate in the 25 Diva Royal Battle.

Don’t get me wrong I would love to see her there I am just shocked is all.
What are your views on this?

Talking about dominant Diva’s, Victoria has confirmed she will be in the Battle Royal
She was quoted as saying

"I will be there. I will participate... I still may have a small surprise up my sleeve,"

Is JBL going to drop his retirement bomb at WrestleMania?

With Tazz leaving so suddenly and without so much as a goodbye to his fans, which is something I am still trying to get my head around, the theory that I have about JBL returning to the commentators desk is getting more credibility by the second..

What are your thoughts on this?

Is this the history bomb JBL has promised us?

Is it just me or has this been the worst ECW show ever?

Where the heck was Swagger? He is the ECW champion and Lord knows he has nothing to risk at WrestleMania.

For that matter where was Evan Bourne or the rest of the roster?

I have watched all the promos thank you very much. When I tune in to ECW I want to see action, not a heap of recaps from other brands.

Here are some highlights:

Q: Do you think you’re going home with the Intercontinental belt?

A:I hope so. If it does happen that will be a great birthday present for my son. He will be here along with my daughter.

Q:Is all the jumping around harder at 35 than 25?

A: It is without a doubt. I don’t know if it’s age or the years I’ve been doing it, but it has definitely taken a toll on my body... But I don’t want to quit.

I still feel like I got a couple more years in me. I try to conserve myself as much as I can without doing as many crazy moves as I used to do when I was a lot younger.

Some of those moves I can’t do anymore. Some I try to modify so I don’t have the risk of blowing out my knee or any other part of my body. It’s worked out pretty well.

Behind the scenes

WWE has admitted that the storyline of Vickie being pregnant was an April fool’s joke played by John Cena.

Cena you owe me a coffee, your joke nauseated me to the extent of barfing.

WWE will be taping two weeks worth of TV on three back-to-back nights in late June and early July. Here’s the schedule:

June 29th in Oakland - 2 episodes of Raw
June 30th in Fresno - 1 episode of Smackdown & 1 episode of ECW
July 1st in Bakersfield - 1 episode of Smackdown & 1 episode of ECW

Trish is still rumored to be showing up no confirmation on this or the other spot.

WrestleMania 25 press conference highlights

Todd Grisham opened the press conference and introduced the first speaker, Chris Jericho.

After getting heckled by the fans Jericho referred to them as “typical New York animals.”

On the legends match, Jericho stated:

“I will walk out of the Houston with my head held high knowing once again that I was the better man.”

Roddy Piper, was up next. He addressed Jericho:

“You have the audacity to talk about how washed up we are,” Piper said. “Let me tell you something kid. I may be out of step every once in a while, but I ain’t forgotten how to dance, man.”

Kelly Kelly and Eve came out next giving the Diva Battle Royal a push.
Next was Flair followed by Mark Henry that claimed he could go all day long, (his words people not mine.) followed by Edge and the rest of the superstars

It was confirmed early this morning that the acting General Manager of SmackDown and interim GM of Raw is pregnant. According to eye-witness accounts, Guerrero visited the El Paso, Texas office of obstetrician/gynecologist Dr. Michael Keys Tuesday afternoon seeking pre-natal care. Due to patient/doctor confidentiality, Keys’ office could neither confirm nor deny that Guerrero is a patient of the ob-gyn and is seeking pre-natal care.

Although our wishes for a healthy pregnancy are extended to Guerrero, WWE.com would be remiss were it not to acknowledge the awkward situation in which Guerrero may now find herself. After all, it was revealed just three weeks ago that Guerrero was carrying on an extra-marital affair with her husband’s rival and one-third of the Triple Threat Match at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, Big Show.

Chris Jericho vs. Roddy Piper, Jimmy Snuka, and Ricky Steamboat match at WrestleMania 25 will now become a Handicap Elimination Match where Jericho will have to eliminate all three WWE legends in order to score the victory.

As for the legends , if just one of them pins Jericho at any time, the match will be over.

RAW
My, Oh My , What a night. Tributes, promos, a much needed push for Big Show and superstars vanishing into thin air.

Well it looks like Legacy finally met the full rage of Vince, Shane, and Hunter in one foul swoop and man was it sweet.Now here is what happened after the camera stopped rolling. The McMahon's and Triple H continued their beat down on Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. Both Orton and DiBiase eventually managed to escape through the crowd leaving Rhodes behind yet again to receive the full wrath of it .Thankfully Hunter took some pity on him and laid him out with a blow form his sledge hammer.

Moving on to the 18 diva battle royal , the only thing that comes to mind is WTH? Santino in a mankini? I swear I was blinded for the next five minutes (shudder) and missed the whole thing, I have said it before and I will say it again. there is something not right with that boy, a few roo's loose in the top paddock.

Wasn’t it great to see Jericho lock in his famous submission again?

It sure didn't take Lawler very long to tap out

Shawn Michaels has given an interview to the Orlando Sentinel where he talks about WrestleMania, The Undertaker, Ric Flair, and performing in his home town.
Here are some highlights

“You’ve been one of the main stars at WrestleMania for so many years – you’re Mr. WrestleMania. Does it ever get old for you or is it special every year?”

“You know – it does. It gets more special every year especially since my comeback. Every year I get out there and think it can’t get any better than this and then the next year it seems to. Again, this is another situation after doing this for so many years, you often think that – not that you’ve done it all but how is it going to be more special or more exciting the next time? It somehow happens. “

“The Undertaker and myself have never faced each other at WrestleMania. We’ve two guys that have been a part of this organization for 20 years and we’ve somehow managed to stay separated. I think that’s an amazing thing.”

“Since this is wrestling and we kind of know how retirements go on most occasions, did you ever think Ric was going to come back and have another match?”

“I don’t know. That was something – put it this way. We all know, if you’re a friend of Ric Flair which I am, you know him and you know how he is about this line of work. So, I know that might be a struggle for him. And that’s OK. You can’t be somebody’s friend and put requirements on it and I don’t do that to him and I wouldn’t do it to him”
