What Could Happen at Wrestlemania?

With six of the participants being decided for the "Money in the Bank" match for this year's Wrestlemania, I started to think what could WWE be doing by not having some of their high-flyers in the match.

This is strictly my opinion. After seeing Rey not qualify for the match and seeing the spoilers of The Brian Kendrick not qualifying, I started thinking that maybe they are going to bring back the Cruiserweight Championship.

Now this is what I think may happen. After Monday's Raw, we kind of see a feud building up between Maryse and Melina. Maybe at 'Mania they have a match that unifies the Women's Titles. That title would become exclusive to one brand, probably Raw, and open up the possibility of another title for the other brand, the Cruiserweight Title.

I see a match maybe happening at Wrestlemania involving Rey Mysterio, The Brian Kendrick, Chavo Guerrero, and Hurricane Helms to crown a new Cruiserweight Championship.

There could be more added if need be. If this title becomes exclusive to Smackdown, I definitely see Rey going back to Smackdown at this year's draft.

As far as the final two participants in the Money in the Bank, I see the returning Mr. Kennedy and Evan Bourne taking those spots. Unless they put Bourne in this Cruiserweight match and give Christian a spot in the Money in the Bank and have Swagger defend against Dreamer.

But my opinion, I see a triple threat for the ECW title.

So please feel free to comment, but I see a Women's unification match (and it may not just be one on one, after reading what McCool does on Smackdown and the possibility of Trish Stratus having an appearance at 'Mania), a Cruiserweight battle-royal, a triple threat for the ECW title, and Bourne and Kennedy being in the MITB match.

Now I just wonder what they are going to do if anything for R-Truth, Kofi, Kozlov, Knox, and Regal at Wrestlemania.

What the Perfect Main Event for Wrestlemania 25 Would Look Like

With what has happened recently on Raw, I started thinking about a potential feud that could be leading up for a show down at Wrestlemania. This Sunday is the Royal Rumble and for Raw's main event we have John Cena defending the World Heavyweight Championship against JBL. Then there's the twist of Shawn Michaels being in JBL's corner. I see Cena keeping the title and seeds planted for Shawn to finally turn on JBL.

Now for the Rumble match there are several potential winners.

First, you have Randy Orton and after what happened with him and Vince on Monday, you would think he is line for something big. There's the news that the band that does his theme will be at Raw the following Monday, but I think it is just to promote the CD that comes out the following Tuesday.

Next is Triple H who has been feuding with Vickie and she has been trying to take his Rumble spot away and makes it look like he will beat all odds and win.

Other potentials are Undertaker who is really always a favorite, and the return of Christian, but I don't think he will be in the actual Rumble match. I think he will just be involved in the Jeff Hardy vs. Edge match.

My pick to win the Rumble is Chris Jericho. Why? Here is what I think will happen. Now this is just opinion. I think we may see another face turn from Jericho after being fired by Stephanie McMahon and then rehired and having to apologize to the fans. He will win the Rumble and go on to main event at Wrestlemania. But not against Cena.

Here is another opinion. Leading up to No Way Out, I think it will be revealed that Stephanie was behind Randy Orton all along. At No Way Out, whether it be one-on-one or in the Elimination Chamber, Orton takes the belt from Cena. And on to Wrestlemania where to face Jericho.

Leading up to Mania there could be a return from Shane and he could be in Jericho's corner with Stephanie in Orton's.

But what about Cena? My opinion is they could make it triple threat, but I personally like one-on-one matches. I'm thinking we could see a Raw vs Smackdown match involving Cena Vs. Triple H. This would be the rubber match of sorts with Cena winning at WM 22 and Triple H winning at Night of Champions 08. Plus, I was thinking of a story where Triple H is jealous of Cena helping Shawn get back to his HBK self.

So Chris Jericho vs. Randy Orton and John Cena vs. Triple H. What do you think?

Who Should Be "Money in the Bank" for Wrestlemania XXV?

With Wrestlemania coming up in a matter of months and some writers starting to make predictions and fantasy picks on championship matches, I decided to write on who I think would make a good Money in the Bank match at the 25th anniversary of Wrestlemania.

They will probably have eight men again, but I'll list 10 because I couldn't narrow down to right and top 10 just sounds better.

Shelton Benjamin

He's already been in 3 of the 4 and in each one he has been phenomenal. He's sort of a gimme in this match.

Evan Bourne

He is supposed to return soon and with him being a high-flyer and a ladder match? C'mon.

John Morrison

He has experiences in ladder matches and he was there last year and pulled off an amazing move.

The Miz

If Morrison is in there, I don't really see WWE doing anything else with Miz on the show so...

The Brian Kendrick

Same thing as Bourne—high-flyer.

Mr. Kennedy

This is if he is back from injury by then. I feel if he is that he may win it since he has won before and didn't get to use it because of another injury.

MVP

Hopefully the losing streak is over and he puts on a show in this match.

Hurricane Helms

Does anyone else remember the ladder match in WCW, Starrcade 2000?

Kofi Kingston

He could definitely pull some awesome spots in this match.

Cody Rhodes

The only reason I think he is a possibility is his story line right now. It all depends on what happens with Legacy.

Now as far as who I believe would win if 8 of these 10 were in?? I've been commenting on other articles how, barring anymore injuries that, this would be Kennedy's year. But after reading some news that he is going to see Dr. Andrews in about two months to see if he is cleared, I'm not sure if he'll be ready by Mania.

And with reports that MVP's losing streak is about to end and with him going face, I'll have to go with MVP and what better way to really snap out of a losing streak than to win MITB and go on to a world title holder later in the year.
