Giving Thanks Where It's Due

With Thanksgiving Tomorrow I thought I would give thanks where it's due. There are many things I am thankful for: My country, my family, my friends, xbox 360, wii, sports, and many many other things. I am also thankful for the WWE rather they do it like we think they should or not. Either way it's somewhat entertaining. So, without furthur ado here is my list:

I am thankful to Vice Mcmanhon because without him bringing wretling to the mainstream we would still have classic matches instead of these lame forgetable matches.

I am thankful to Ric Flair for 30 years of unforgettable memories that is embedded in my our minds for a long time to come.

I am thankful to Eric Bischoff although his lattest project makes me chuckle he made Vince rethink what he was doing there by giving us a few great years of wrestling.

I am thankful for John Cena and Edge who get another title run as soon as they appear on tv...who needs a good story when we can just hand the title to them?

I am thankful for HHH who marries in to the family and gets an unbelievable push and title runs and who has forgot how to put people over and squashes everyone he faces.

I am thankful for CM Punk his title run was so great it will be remembered till Wrestlemania 25...

I am thankful for the tag team division or lack there of in the WWE the matches this divsion has blows my mind I hope they keep it up.

I am thankful for ECW who's one hour program leaves me in awe every week because it belittles the orginal ECW...shame on you Vince.

I am thankful for Vicki who does nothing but put shame on her dead husband and family by having a "thing" with Edge and who's voice annoys me to no end worst then a baby crying.

I am thankful for The Undertaker who to me is the best there will ever be.

I am thankful for the story writers of the WWE who can't come up with any good story lines anymore.

I am thankful for TNA who tries to compete but ends up failing and falling flat of they're faces and for trying to turn in to the WCW.

I am thankful for the WWE Divas for more reasons than one...

Despite how we feel about the WWE those are a few things we can be thankful for I am sure there are more reasons but that's my list.

WWE Championship Scramble: Who Will Be The Top Dog?

With less than two weeks until Unforgiven, the championship matches for all three shows have been set. On Raw, you will see CM Punk, Kane, Batista, JBL, and Rey Mysterio, who was added after Cena was injured. On ECW, you will see Mike Henry, Matt Hardy, The Miz, Chavo, and Finlay. Lastly, on Smackdown you will see HHH, Jeff Hardy, MVP, Shelton, and The Brian square off.

In my opion, here are the winners:

Raw, I see Punk losing to Batista. On ECW, I feel that Matt Hardy will get the win, and on Smackdown HHH will walk away still champ.

I see Punk going down because I don't feel WWE likes him as a champ—they are not pushing him in the right way and that has put a decline in his believability.

I think Hardy will walk away champ because I think it is his time to be the top dog of a program, and ECW is a good show for him to have his first major title run.

Lastly, HHH will walk away champ because there is zero star power in this match. Sure, MVP, Hardy, and Shelton can hold their own, but The Brian? Where did that one come from? I think the Big Show should have been in one of these matches, as well as Undertaker or Edge.

As far as this type of match, I think it is a good idea—very different and unique. The match I pick to steal the show is ECW's. With those individuals, I think anything is possible. Raw's match is just too obvious, and in my opion Smackdown's just lacks the star power this kind of match needs.

But, like they say, you never know what's going to happen next in the WWE

Kane Vs. Kane

Bad Blood: In Your House on October 5th, 1997; Undertaker vs HBK, Hell in a Cell, the first ever seen in the WWE. During the battle, when it seemed Undertaker had the upper hand, enter Kane, who walks down to the ring, rips the cell door open, and bashes Undertaker, allowing HBK to win.

Kane and 'Taker have feuded on and off ever since then, and as a team they were unstoppable. Kane was different though, he was a monster. A guy who was left for dead when his half brother burned their home down.

Kane has left a path of destruction from one end of the WWE to the other. His character was one to be feared. His music hit, and you knew something bad was about to happen.

In 2002 after losing a match to HHH; Kane was ordered to remove his mask, a task that he did not want to complete. But his then partner RVD convinced him it was ok. Kane then lost his mind, attacking everything in sight including setting JR on fire.

Since then, Kane's character has gone downhill. He has gone from a monster, to one of us. Was Kane losing his mask a good idea? I think every character should change and evolve, but was this a good change?

With his recent story line, which had everyone thinking the mask was coming back, I ask again; would it have been a good idea? On the surface yes, we all loved the idea, but again I have to ask, why go backwards. Kane putting his mask on in my opinion would have had Kane unbelievable. We have already seen his face, we know he looks normal so, what factor would a mask play in his character?

The way to fix Kane is to make him mean again. Make him the guy we all feared. The one who ripped a cell door off, and dominated Undertaker. Kane can be a force if he reverts back to Monster Kane.

Batista Vs Cena—A Match Five Years In the Making

It's the year 2002 and a younger John Cena steps into the ring for the first time during an open challenge issued by Kurt Angle. Cena, however, did not beat Angle that night, but took everything he had to offer.

Cena later goes on to battle the likes of Brock Lesnar, HHH, Undertaker, Edge, Big Show, Shawn Michaels, and JBL. Cena has held the WWE Championship three times, and main-evented three Wrestlemanias while becoming one of WWE's biggest draws.

Dave Batista got his start in the WWE as Decan Bautista, with Rev D-Von. After a break-up with D-Von, Batista headed to Raw. Once arriving on, he aligned himself with one of the greatest all of all time factions, Evoloution. Along side Ric Flair, Randy Orton, and HHH, Batista became a powerhouse.

Batista is a three-time World Champ and has main-evented two Wrestlemanias. His feuds include Kane, Undertaker, HBK, HHH, Make Henery, and King Booker. Batista has earned his spot among the top stars in the WWE.

So, why have we been waiting for this match? Well, it is the first time both superstars have been on the same show at the same time. Their paths have never really crossed until now. This Sunday, we will get to see two of the biggest names square off in what should be a classic match.

My question is, why at Summerslam? This is a match that, in my mind, should be held at Wrestlemania. My other question is, will this be a feud that will last, or is it a once-in-a-lifetime dream match? Is it really that important?

You put your two top guys in a match together, put a story behind it, but yet you leave out one key element: a championship. How can this be a match for the ages without a title, or at least more of a history?

Cena vs Batista: a match that we can't wait to see. Who will be the top dog?
