Rich Rodriguez to Finally Pay $4 Million Buyout to WVU

A settlement has finally been reached in the WVU lawsuit against former coach rodthefraud, the liar and traitor of West Virginia University, Rich Rodriguez, that calls for him or someone on his behalf, such as his scum lawyers or Rita the gold-digging wife, to pay the entire four million dollars.

Tom Flaherty stated, “We’ve got a tentative settlement.” It was reached just before midnight last night if approved by the WVU BOG.

Rich Rodriguez left WVU last December for the head coaching job at Michigan but fought the provision in his contract that called for him to pay $4 million in damages. This caused the WVU fans to scream foul as he also screwed them over after promising to be with West Virginia University to retirement.

Rodriguez said he had been defrauded by West Virginia and tricked into signing his new contract last August by the staff and Garrison, but WVU argued that rodthefraud Rodriguez knew what he was signing.

Two nights ago a break came with a face to face meeting between reps of WVU and Rich Rodriguez. Talks continued yesterday, and the two sides reached an agreement just before midnight last night.

Tom Flaherty says he’ll release more details about that settlement once he gives details to the WVU BOG. He said the agreement sets up a timetable for payment. The deal also specifies how much Rodriguez will pay and how much will be paid by others on behalf of Rodriguez.

It's about time this is finally resolved with the new football season on its way. The West Virginia University fans have clearly moved on and are anxious to be rid of this rothefraud once and for all.

What would really make it great is if that traitor would finally apologize to the WVU fans. But then again, who cares what he has to say—after all he is a liar, a fake, and a plain out jerk.

One thing which made the settlement come fast was the pressure brought by WVU to depose Michigan President Sue Coleman and Athletic Director Bill Martin. There was a hearing scheduled in Michigan this afternoon on WVU’s attempts to force the two to testify under oath about what they knew about the hiring of Rodriguez and the buyout clause in the contract with WVU.

Seems to me they had something to hide—they sure did cave in quick!

Rich Rodriguez did understand the buyout; he is not an idiot. He negotiated with Michigan to help with the payment. He knew what was going down all along, yet the lowlife strung West Virginia University along with him. Michigan’s release of documents reportedly showed Michigan agreed to help pay the buyout.

So it's done and over with once and for all.

Better days are just around the corner for WVU, and this nightmare has finally come to an end.

Yea, so while surfing the web I read the info on Wikipedia.

That information must be updated to what is current and the facts.

Michigan Job Better for Rich Rodriguez Than WVU? B.S.!

Rodthefraud gave up the job security of a lifetime, and love from devoted fans of this gorgeous State of West Virginia. He also burned many people that were personally close to him and supported him through his life and that he used and spit on to move up to what he thinks is a better job... All the money in the world can not buy happiness. Most of all you can not buy respect from those you are coaching see you just can not buy that. Michigan is using RR and in the end they too will throw him out like a piece of trash you mark my words!

Michigan forced retirement of Carr after he won a national championship he never could win against OHIO he was forced into retirement FORCED.

Everyone talks about history in my opinion that's what history is, it already happened it has nothing to do with a football program, just ask Charlie Weis the head coach of Notre Dame. "Since the first day I arrived at Notre Dame as head football coach, one of my primary goals was to be able to see this job through to the time my son, Charlie, would graduate from the University of Notre Dame and to stay in this position until I retire," Weis said. "By restructuring this contract, adding an additional five years, this allows me to accomplish that goal."

Weis originally had signed a six-year contract through the 2010 season when he was hired last December. This new deal takes effect next season and runs through 2015.

The deal will make him the highest paid coach in college football, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen. Sources pegged the extension between $30 and $40 million. One source said it was closer to the high end of that range.

He was set up at WVU very well, his family was loved and he had respect from people all over. I remember reading an article about mid life crisis and could not stop laughing at just how stupid it was. I am sure it was something one of his people thought up most likely that great honest bunch of lawyers he has fighting a losing battle.

Rodthefraud is now under more pressure from the people there at Michigan. Is that better? He lost all respect of people that never even heard of him that just tuned in to the media with his headlines of the traitor of West Virginia, is that good? Just because you have more expensive equipment, bigger playing areas or more money, that is not what makes a team. Hey look that never mattered to begin with or Michigan would have not been so desperate to grab Rodthefraud up to begin with. So no, I 100% disagree with the people yelling out that Michigan is a better place for a Coach. All the money in the world can not make the new Michigan recruits play any better. That is all bull.

Do you think a college guy that had his parents pay his way to play on a team and did not earn his way to play will do better against a college boy that had to prove himself on the field, hell no. My moneys on the guy that did it the hard way.

So all those pretty boys with their rich parents and all that fancy equipment to learn with guess what when it comes down to the win you can not always buy every coach off that is out there like Rich Rodriguez. You will have to learn the hard way that money can not buy everything. I see him with many losses like to Ohio, Illinois State, Penn State to mention just a few.

From Bright Lights to Country Roads: Rich Rodriguez is Rodthefraud

                                                   12/19/2011

Rich Rodriguez and his family has moved back to West Virginia.

He is now living on his Mothers property in a trailor which was donated through H.U.D.

The more things change the more they stay the same. Three years at the University of Michigan as the Wolverine's Head Coach Rich Rodriguez has decided to go back home. His decision was not a very easy one being the proud man he is. It was a real blow to his ego, but he had no choice.

After going 10 and 22 former UofM head Coach Rich Rodriguez, with his famous spread offense and with no quarter back to run it, finally called it quits when losing to Glenville State. They had a humiliating loss.

The first coach schedule to give them extra needed money to help him get a kick back to the four million dollar off-set that he had to pay back to West Virginia University.

Glenville State spokesman said, 'We didn't expect a win, but we'll take it.' After winning against the Wolverines by 48 points.

http://www.rodthefraud.com

http://www.myspace.com/rodthefraud

http://www.cafepress.com/rodthefraud
