Eight Reasons Why the Denver Nuggets Will Win the NBA Championship

The Denver Nuggets have impressed me more than any other team this year. I always knew that the Nuggets were good, but i never thought they were great.

I realized two nights ago that the Nuggets are a great team. They beat the Hornets in New Orleans 121 to 63. That is a 58 point difference. Biggest blow-out I have ever seen.

Ok well enough about why I think...excuse me...KNOW they are great. I'm gonna tell you why YOU should think there great.
Begin Slideshow

NFL 2008 Playoffs Predicitons

Well unless the Broncos mount a huge comeback, I'm pretty sure San Diego is going to get the No. 4 seed. But here is how to playoff picture looks right now:

AFC
1.Tennessee Titans
2.Pittsburgh Steelers
3.Miami Dolphins
4.San Diego Chargers
5.Indianapolis Colts
6.Baltimore Ravens

NFC
1.New York Giants
2.Carolina Panthers
3.Minnesota Vikings
4.Arizona Cardinals
5.Atlanta Falcons
6.Philadelphia Eagles (I really can't believe I am saying it.)

Wild Card Round AFC

Indianapolis vs. San Diego

Baltimore vs. Miami

Wild Card Round NFC

Philadelphia vs. Minnesota
Atlanta vs. Arizona

Predictions

Indianapolis vs. San Diego
This will be a very good rematch between these two teams. Both teams are very hot, but the Colts are hotter. The Colts will win this one because Manning will have a great performance.

Final Score
IND:33
SD:27

Baltimore vs. Miami
This will be another good rematch. If you want me to be honest, I would like to see Miami win a playoff game after last year, but I think Baltimore's defense will be too much for them.

Final Score:
BAL:20
MIA:13

Philadelphia vs. Minnesota
I think Donovan McNabb will have a great game and the Eagles will contain Peterson pretty well

Final Score:
PHI:23
MIN:14

Atlanta vs. Arizona
I think this will be a great game. It will come down to the final minute, but I think the Falcons will end up winning.

Final Score:
ATL:21
ARI:17

Divisional Round (If My Predictions Go Right)

AFC Divisional Round

Baltimore vs. Tennesse

Indianapolis vs. Pittsburgh

NFC Divisional Round

Philadelphia vs. New York

Atlanta vs. Carolina

Predictions

Baltimore vs. Tennessee
In all reality, Baltimore should have beaten Tennessee in the regular season, despite and ignorant penalty. WAIT, DID I JUST SAY REGULAR SEASON. Again another group or team that met in the regular season. I think justice will be served though, Baltimore wins.

Final Score:
BAL:17
TEN:14

Indianapolis vs. Pittsburgh
The Colts beat Pittsburgh in the regular season. WHAT ANOTHER REGULAR SEASON MATCHUP. HOLY CRAP. I believe Indy will take this one again on Mr. Clutch's game winning field goal.

Final Score:
IND:18
PIT:15

Philadelphia vs. New York
These two teams, just like every other match up met in the regular season twice. Wow again. Each of them winning one. The G-Men will win this one.

PHI:24
NYG:35

Atlanta vs. Carolina
Just like Philly and New York they both met in the regular season twice. They both have beaten each other once. But I think the rookie will prevail. And will make it to one of the only games in the playoffs that was NOT a regular season matchup.

ATL:24
CAR:22

Conference Championship (If My Predictions Go Right)

Baltimore vs. Indianapolis

Atlanta vs. New York

Baltimore vs. Indianapolis
Indy will take care of Baltimore for the second time.

BAL:10
INDY:28

Atlanta vs. New York
I believe a HUGE upset is going to happen. I think Matt Ryan will lead his squad to the Super Bowl.

ATL:28
NYG:27

SUPERBOWL XLIII
Indianapolis vs. Atlanta

This Super Bowl will go down as one of the greatest Superbowls ever. The rookie versus the Vet. I have all the respect in the world for Matt Ryan. But Peyton will prevail.

Final Score:
IND:28
ATL:20

MVP:Peyton Manning: 27-36, 356 yds., 4 TDs

NFL 2008 Look Back:Top 10 Teams

19 of the 32 teams in the NFL have a .500 record or better and in my books thats pretty dang good. There are so many good teams out there. This is some NFL season. I mean 19 of 32 is really good. It is pretty hard to rank a top 10 right now, but im gonna give it a shot and it would be appreciated if you left a comment saying you top 10.
Begin Slideshow

NFL 2008 Look Back: Top 10 Regular Season Game

There were MANY great games in the 2008 NFL regular season. These are 10 games that if you missed them, you wish you would have watched.

10. Week 9 New England vs Indianapolis

A game that the Colts really needed to win at the time. A good hard fought battle. First time Manning played the Pats without Brady in a LONG time. The Patriots could have at LEAST tied it despite David Thomas' IDIOTIC, UNNECESSARY, IGNORANT 15 yard personal faul which put them out of field goal range.

Link

9. Week 16 Carolina vs New York

These are two of the best teams in the NFL. And this was a GREAT game that went into OT. Absolutely great game.

Link

8. Week 10 Indianapolis vs Pittsburgh

This is was a GREAT game. The Colts travel to Pittsburgh underdogs by seven. Give the Steelers all they have, and end up winning. Two late interceptions REALLY killed the Steelers, and the Steelers ALMOST completed the Hail Mary...but Melvin Bullit made sure that didn't happen.

Link

7. Week 4 Washington vs Dallas

This was a HUGE upset. Washington travels to THEN undefeated Dallas and downs them in Big D. WHAT HAPPENED "AMERICAS TEAM" YOU LET AMERICA DOWN. REMEMBER YOUR "GODS TEAM" YOU CAN DO NO WRONG. Ahh f*ck Dallas im so happy they are struggling this year. GOOD JOB WASHINGTON...only thing is, you couldn't sweep them.

Link

6. Week 2 Indianapolis vs Minnesota

The Colts make a great comeback to beat Minnesota.

Link

5. Week 12 Indianapolis vs San Diego

Colts convert a huge and very very risky fourth down to set up Vinatieri for a 51 yard game winning field goal and get their revenge on the San Diego Chargers who had beaten them the previous three times.

Link

4. Week 2 Philadelphia vs Dallas

A very very good game. Philly fought Dallas to the very end. Unfortunately they couldn't pull of the upset BUT can hopefully get revenge by beating them this week.

Link

3. Week 5 Indianapolis vs Houston

This was honestly the most improbable incredible comeback I have EVER seen in my whole entire life. The Colts were down by 17 late in the FOURTH QUARTER and score 21 consecutive points in just two minutes in four seconds. The biggest play I thought that no one really remembers was the first of three TDs in the fourth quarter for the Colts, the play on fourth down Manning squeezes into a tight window for a VERY important TD to Tom Santi.

Link

2. Week 1 Carolina vs San Diego

I can only IMAGINE what it was like to be a Chargers fan in this game, I would probably have shot myself in the foot. I feel your pain Chargers Fanatics. I saw the Colts go down this year on the last play of the game against the Jaguars it was TERRIBLE..the first time I had ever witnessed the Colts going down like that. BUT either way this was a GREAT game.

Link

1. Week 2 San Diego vs Denver

This game went down to the final seconds. A controversial call near the end really ripped off San Diego but I'm happy it happened.

Link

Honorable Mentions:
Week 10 Denver vs Cleveland
Week 9 Detroit vs Chicago
Week 9 Green Bay vs Tennessee
Week 10 Green Bay vs Minnesota
Week 10 New York vs Philadelphia
Week 10 San Francisco vs Arizona
Week 11 Denver vs Atlanta
Week 11 Arizona vs Seattle
Week 13 Indianapolis vs Cleveland
Week 16 Indianapolis vs Jacksonville

Redskins-Cowboys: Can You Believe It? Washington Downs Dallas in Big D

Can you believe it? I know I can't. Who would have guessed that, out of all the upsets that are going to happen this year, the Redskins @ Dallas would be one of them. Let's take a look at the matchups.

Tony Romo vs. Jason Campbell

Tony Romo is one of the greatest QBs in the NFL right now. With the weapons he has, and with his arm, there is no way he couldn't be good. Jason Campbell is a good but inconsistent player. He has a bad game, he has a good game, he has three bad games, he has three good games. Tony Romo always seems to have a good game.

Last night, I guess he just couldn't get it done. I’m not saying he had a bad game last night; actually, he had a great game. He threw for 3 TDs and 300 yards, but the problem is, during the most important offensive drive for Dallas, he threw an interception.

This kind of reminds me of the Giants game in the divisional round of the playoffs last year.

If you were to ask 10 people before the Cowboys-Redskins game, "Who is going to have a better game, Tony Romo or Jason Campbell?" I guarantee seven people would have said Tony Romo. That means three out of the 10 would have been right. Jason Campbell definitely had a better game last night, and I’m sure no one saw that coming.

2008 Stats
Tony Romo: 8 TDs, 4 INTs
Jason Campbell: 6 TDs, 0 INTs

Game Stats
Tony Romo: 3 TD, 1 INT
Jason Campbell: 2 TD, 0 INTs

Redskins Offense vs. Cowboys Defense

The Cowboys are obviously one of the best defenses in the league. The Redskins' offense is, at best, AVERAGE (well, before this game). This offense matching up against this defense doesn't fair to well for the Redskins.

Before this game, I didn't believe that the Redskins offense stood a chance—and I was not alone in this thinking—thinking that they'd score, at most, 17 points. The Redskins have a pretty good receiving corps, but how in the world can you tear it up against Terence Newman, Pacman Jones, and Ken Hamlin.

After I said that to myself, I thought, "Hmm...Maybe they can run their way to a victory." I then thought, "You can't win a game by running against Chris Canty, Marcus Spears, Jay Ratliff, DeMarcus Ware, Bradie James, Greg Ellis, and Zach Thomas.”

I'll tell you one thing, they completely proved me wrong. They passed and ran ALL over the Cowboys' defense. They had 231 passing yards and 161 yards rushing. I'll tell you another thing: The Redskins are not the odd-man out in the NFC East.

Game Stats
Redskins O: 392 Yards
Dallas D:0 Takeaways, 392 Yards Given Up

Dallas Offense vs. Redskins Defense

Romo, Witten, Owens, Crayton, Austin, Colombo, Davis, Gurode, Kosier, Adams, and Witten vs. Springs, Rogers, Carter, Golston, Griffin, Evans (backup), Mclontosh, Fletcher, Fincher (backup), Doughty, and Landry.

The Cowboys look like they easily win this matchup. The Cowboys' offense did do pretty well in this game, but the Redskins contained Terrell Owens, which was a big surprise to me. They did give up three TDs, but they did have a pick when it mattered most.

Game Stats
Dallas O: 311 Yards, 1 Turnover
Redskins D: 1 Takeaway, 311 Yards Given Up

The Redskins proved me wrong in every area of the game. They really did impress me in this upset. The Redskins are no longer the worst team in the NFC East. The Redskins have been proving me wrong all season, and I don't think they'll stop.

AFC South

The AFC Division is said to be the toughest division in the NFL...I don't know about that anymore..I mean Jaguars and Colts are possible Superbowl contenders but I don't think the Titans and Texans will be that great this year.

1. Indianapolis Colts-With their great offensive talent, the O-line they needed..... ..drafted, very good WRs, a good QB, good D-line, good defense, and 2 or maybe even 3 great HBs. I think the Colts will win the AFC South. Not easily though. I think the Jaguars will bring very good competition. I think the Jaguars will win at Jacksonville and I think the Colts will win in Indy..just barely. I think the Colts will win every game in their division except 1 or maybe 2, (if the jaguars can pull of 2 wins) but I do think the Colts will pull out of the AFC South #1.

2. Jacksonville Jaguars-Their "1 interception" very talent QB, good WR, great HBs, and the two upset wins over the Steelers (both at Pittsburgh) I think the Jaguars will place 2nd in the AFC South. They will be a very good team though. I think they will lose One to Three games in the AFC South (one if they don't lose to the Colts (but and upset happens) two if they lose to the Colts once (and an upset happens) and three if they lose to the Colts twice, and an upset happens. I think the Jaguars would be #1 but with their big lose in Marcus Stroud I don't think they will quiet pull it off

3. Tennessee Titans-I do not believe the Titans will do very good this year. I think Vince Young will have an off year and with no Pacman Jones anymore (yes I am very aware they made the playoffs without him last year...but I don't think they will be quiet as lucky) I don't think they will be the team they were last year. I think the Titans will lose 3 to 4 games in the AFC South this year and will not be a very successful team outside the AFC South either.

4. Houston Texans- I believe the Texans will have a pretty bad season. I mean not a great QB, not a great HB, pretty much a one man receiving core, and lost a great kick returner in Gerome Mathis. I said not a great QB not a great HB but you know what else...they aren't great really at any position. I think the Texans will lose 4 to 6 games in their division and do pitiful outside of the AFC South.

NFL: The Overrated and Underrated

As most of you know the NFL has its overrated players, teams, etc. and the underrated players, teams, etc. Here are a few that really stand out to me.

The Overrated:

Shaun Alexander — Most say Shaun Alexander is the most overrated HB in the NFL and I am going to have to agree. I will give him this, though, he did win the MVP award in '05, but ever since then I kind of get the felling he has gotten a little egotistical.

And you always know what that leads to. Certainly nothing good and that is exactly what he has become.

Brian Urlacher — Brian Urlacher was one of the best LBs. He was, at worst, the second-best linebacker in the NFL (placing only behind Ray Lewis).

He was probably was the biggest reason for the Chicago Bears’ defensive success. Ever since this past season, I just don't think he is as great of a LB he used to be. Many think he is still the best LB in the NFL.

The reason I say he is overrated is he is the leader of the Bears defense and has done well in the past, but ever since their defense went down to 26th in the league, I think he has been worn out.

Terrell Owens — The Cowboys are a very successful team. Owens is a big reason for that, but he is also the reason why they weren't the best.

Terrell Owens is a good WR but not quite great. The only thing that is restraining him from being great is he drops to many passes in the big situations and he drops to many passes in general.

Two seasons ago he led the league in passes dropped. Something I'm curious about is if he is really worth all the trouble.

You have to throw the ball to him. If he is double covered the whole game, you still have to pass to him, or in the press conference or on the field to Romo and the coaches, you’re going to hear him complain about how he doesn't get the ball.

I'm sure you heard, but the game Jessica Simpson (Romo's personal little cheerleader) came to, Romo choked. He went 13 for 36 threw zero TDs and three picks. The next day you heard Owens telling Simpson to stay away from Romo.

Is he really worth all the trouble?

Edgerrin James — "Arizona's offense is stacked!" That's all I heard from friends, family, media, etc. when they got Edge.

When I heard Edge left Indy for Arizona, I thought to myself, "Oh crap. How are we going to find a better HB than Edge?"

I also thought ,"Arizona's running game is going to be great for the next couple of years."

Then came along 2006, the first year the Colts didn't have James and the first season in a while the Cardinals had a good HB.

Then came the first six games.

Those first six games with the Cards, James only had two rushing TDs (as many as Manning had by then). As the season went on, I thought, "Wow I really thought Edge was good, but ever since he went to a team with possibly the worst O-line he has been nothing."

The first season the Colts didn't have him, Addai did something James couldn't do.

Do you remember a couple years back? AFC Championship Patriots vs. Colts.

"The Colts are inside the five, folks. They can win it by scoring a TD. That's all they have to do and they are headed to the Super Bowl"

First down, James stuffed. Second down, James stuffed. Third down, James stopped again.

"Boy the Patriots are really putting up a fight.

“Fourth down, the last chance the Colts have to making it to the Super Bowl. The handoff to James. James is stopped and the Patriots are going to the Super Bowl.”

In the Addai version of the story, Addai ran untouched into the end zone to lead the Colts onto the Super Bowl.

The Underrated:

Marc Bulger — The Rams were obviously not the best team this year. I have to give it to Marc Bulger, though.

For being on second-worst team in the NFL, he did pretty well. He threw for 15 TDs, 2,392 yards, and 11 picks.

He has made the Pro Bowl a few times and considering he is on the Rams, that is pretty darn good.

Chad Pennington — All Jets fans can do is whine, whine, whine about how Chad Pennington does them no good and how he isn't strong enough.

I have to admit he isn't the strongest guy, but the Jets don't have the best WRs either. Nine out of the 12 games they lost were lost by 10 points or fewer in 2007.

Pennington is a big reason why they almost pulled those games off. Yes, he did have nine INTs, but, like I said, they don't have the best WRs.

Rudi Johnson — No, he did not have the best season in 2007, but in past years he has been possibly the best HB in the league.

Johnson has a lot of potential. He is quick, powerful, and when he is in open field he can take it all the way.

Two seasons ago, when the Bengals were one of the top teams, he had 1,309 yards 81.8 yards a game and 12 TDs.

As long as he stays healthy and has a good team surrounding him, I think he is the best HB in the league.

Colts-Patriots: Positions by Position Matchup

Here is the position match-up for the Colts and Patriots

QB
Manning vs Brady-The bitter rival between these two has gone on for quite sometime....they seem to play each other every post season(playoffs)....I absolutely hate to admit this....but Brady is the better QB....not beacause he is better in the regular season but the post season....Manning chokes just about every post season......and Brady has gone to the post season 5 times and won the Super Bowl 3 times...Manning has gone there 6 times and has won 1 Super Bowl...but I am happy to say Brady has done something bad that Manning hasn't done....chocked in the Super Bowl...but all in all Brady is the better QB

RB
Addai vs Maroney-Maroney being more of a power "plow right through you" RB and Addai being more of a finesse, faster RB....Im going to have to say the Colts win this matchup....I mean its not that Addai isn't a Power RB...I mean he seems to get right past the first guy that hits him....its just he is faster and quicker......I mean watch this play right here....This is something I think Maroney couldn't do
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMuntIqn43M
This shows off his pure quickness....and Addai was also the only rookie RB his rookie season to run over 1000 yards...and his rookie season against the Eagles he has 4 rushing TDs..something Maroney has yet to do

Addai:1,072 Rushing yards, 12 TDs, 65 first downs, 41 receptions, 92 total points
Maroney:835 Rushing yards, 6 TDs, 6 first downs, 4 receptions, 38 total points

Addai won every matchup there...there it is Addai is the better RB

2nd
Keith vs Faulk-Two great back-up RB....I don't even know if you can call these two back-ups there so good

Keith:533 yards,3 TDs,43 First Downs,13 receptions,1 receiving TD,24 total points
Faulk:265 yards, 0 TDs, 15 first downs, 47 receptions, 383 reciving yards, 20 receiving first downs, 1 receiving touchdowns, 6 total point

Even though Keiths rushing stats look better....Faulks reciving stats are amazing...........im going to have to say that Faulk is the better RB.....he is just so quick and when it comes to receiving yards, most of them are YAC yards (yards after catch)...so that means most of his receiving yards are him running after he catches it....and he is a very good clutch player....when they need a first down....he gets the first down....and he is more experienced than Keith....dont get me wrong Keith is good but Faulk is better

WR
Wayne, Harrison, Gonzalez vs Moss, Gaffeney, Welker-By far the 2 best receiving cores in the NFL......both of these receiving cores are almost unstoppable

Wayne:104 receptions,1,510 yards (most in NFL),10 TDs,72 first downs,60 points
Gonzalez:37 receptions, 576 yards, 3 TDs, 27 first downs, 18 points
Harrison:5 games, 20 receptions, 247 yards, 1 TD, 12 first downs, 6 points

Moss:98 receptions, 1,493 yards, 23 TDs(record), 74 first downs, 138 points
Welker:112 receptions(most in NFL), 1,175 yards, 8 TDs, 65 first downs, 48 points
Gaffeney:36 receptions, 449 yards, 5 TDs, 21 first downs, 30 points

This is by far the hardest disicion of the team matchups....im goin to have to go with the Colts on this one.....after the loss of Dante' Stallworth I think the Colts are better...it may look like the Patriots are better...but only beacause Harrison played only 5 games.....and you have seen when Harrison can play a whole season...he breaks the record for most receptions in a season(143) and him and Manning have the most TDs together....even though Randy Moss is an amazing WR I still don't think the Pats win this one.....the one reason that made up my mind was Gonzalez is a better 3rd reciver than Gaffeney...even though Gaffeney has more TDs he played a whole season, something Gonzalez didnt do......yet Gonzalez has more receptions, yards, and first downs....and Wayne has more receptions than Moss, more yards than Moss, and only 2 less first downs than Moss and has more yards than Welker, more TDs than Welker, more first downs than Welker, and more points than Welker....so there it is Colts have a better WR tandem.

TE
Clark vs Watson-Two very very talented TE......as good as some WR in the NFL

Clark:58 receptions, 616 yards, 11 TDs, 37 first downs, 66 points
Watson:36 receptions, 389 yards, 6 TDs, 21 first downs, 36 points

This is most defintely the easiest decision...Clark wins this one by a long shot......he beat Watson in every statistical match-up...and the Patriots lost Kyle Brady....so that is also another reason....but Colts definetly win this one.

DE
Freeney, Thomas, Mathis vs Seymour, Warren-All of these player are very talented, but the most talented is Dwight Freeney, he missed most of the season due to an injury during the San Diego game.

Freeney:34 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 4 forced fumbles, 1 safety
Thomas:55 tackles, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble
Mathis:63 tackles, 7 sacks, 4 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery

Seymour:23 tackles, 1.5 sacks
Warren:53 tackles, 4 sacks

Here is another pretty easy desicion....the Colts win this one.....I mean Freeney missed most of the season and still got more tackles, sacks, and forced fumbles than Richard Seymour....and Robert Mathis beat both of them in every statistic and Josh Thomas beat Seymour in tackles and beat both of them in forced fumbles...and if Freeney doesn't get injured again we DEFENITILY win....HAVE YOU SEEN HIS STATS WHEN HE IS NOT INJURED...in 2002 he had 41 tackles, and 13 sacks...in 2003 he had 31 tackles and 11 sacks......in 2004 he had 34 tackles and 16 sacks (NFL record)......in 2005 he had 34 tackles and 11 sacks......and in 2006 he had 29 tackles and 5.5 sacks....so if he doesn't get injured we might have the best DEs in the league

CB
Hayden, Jackson vs Hoobs, Meriwather-Not the best CBs in the league but definetly good enough to make two top 5 passing defenses

Hayden:83 tackles, 3 ints, 2 Forced Fumbles
Jackson:87 tackles, 0.5 sacks, 1 int, 1 Forced Fumbles

Hoobs:63 tackles, 1.0 sacks, 1 Forced Fumbles, 1 int, 2 total touchdowns
Meriweather:27 tackles, 1 forced fumble

This one would have definetly gone to the Pats but since they lost Esante Samuel and Randall Gay im going to have to go with the Colts....Ellis Hoobs is a good CB but Hayden and Jackson both have better stats then him....and Ellis Hoobs gave up the game winning TD in the Super Bowl so I have to go with Hayden and Jackson

LB
Brackett, Morris, Keiaho vs Seau, Brushci, Thomas, Vrabel-The Colts have a young and very quick LB core but the Pats have an old experienced hard hitting LB core

Brackett:116 Tackles, 0.5 Sack, 1 Forced Fumble, 4 Int, 1 TD
Morris:13 tackles (missed most of the season)
Keiaho:81 tackles, 0.5 sacks, 1 Int

Seau:74 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 3 Int
Brushci:92 tackles, 2.0 sacks
Thomas:78 tackles, 6.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, 1 Int
Vrabel:77 tackles, 12.5 sacks, 5 forced fumbles

The Colts and Patriots linebackers are talented....but the Colts are in desperate need of good linebackers they are going to look for some good LBs in the draft....and the Pats do have good linebackers but all of them are 30 years of age or older....they are getting very old but are still good....they should get some younger players on the defense because after the upcoming season most of them are likely to retire...but im going to have to say the Pats have better LBs.....maybe after the draft the Colts MIGHT have better linebackers....but i doubt that.....the Colts linebackers are very good....don't get me wrong....but the Pats are just better

Safeties
Bob Sanders, Matt Giordano, Antoine Bethea vs Rodney Harrison, James Sanders-Theses Safeties are not only talented but they really do understand the game.

Sanders:96 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 2 Int
Giordano:20 tackles, 2 Int
Bethea:65 tackles, 4 Int

Harrison:68 tackles, 2.0 sacks, 1 forced fumbles, 1 Int
Sanders:71 tackles, 1 forced fumbles, 2 Int

This one I am going to have to give to the Colts...I mean Bob Sanders was the defensive player of the year...one of the hardest hitters....Bethea had 4 Ints....Giordano had 2 Ints not even starting and one for a very long TD and he is one of the fastest players in the NFL......and Rodney Harrison is getting old and cost them to many penalties with his Unsportsmanlike actions....so there is another win for the Colts

Final Score:Colts-6
                 Pats-3

Indianapolis Colts: Possible 2009 Super Bowl Champs?

Well...who would have guessed...Colts will win the Super Bowl in 2009?

I mean seriously think of it with Joseph Addai, Devin Aromashodu (a great back-up), Antoine Bethea, Gary Brackett, Raheem Brock, Dallas Clark, Cliffton Dawson (great redzone player), Ryan Diem, Bryan Fletcher, Dwight Freeney, Dylan Gandy (great back-up), Matt Giordano (FASTEST GUY I HAVE EVER SEEN), Anthony Gonzalez, Roy Hall, Marvin Harrison, Kelvin Hayden, Marlin Jackson, Tim Jennings, Charlie Johnson, Freddy Keiaho, Kenton Keith, Luke Lawton (LUKE LUKE LUKE LUKE LUKE), Ryan Lilja, Peyton Manning, Robert Mathis, Aaron Morhead, Darell Reid, Courtney Roby, T.J Rushing, Bob Sanders (HARDEST HITTER), Jeff Saturday, Josh Thomas, Tony Ugoh, Adam Vinatieri, and Reggie Wayne how can you not win the Super Bowl...

I mean think of it 34 very talented players....and WE WOULD HAVE WON IT LAST YEAR....but you know there are some seasons were you have 27 injuries and average 6 injuries a game....but if that doesn't happen again its all good.

Let me ask you this, can you think of a team with better talent than the Indianapolis Colts, YEA SURE, THE PATRIOTS....THEIR DEFENSE IS SCREWED...all of the linebackers are over 30 years old....they lost Esante Samuel, they lost their only linebacker under 30, and sure Ellis Hobbs is good...but what did he do last year....HE GAVE UP THE GAME WINNING TOUCHDOWN AGAINST THE GIANTS...that's what he did.

And the Colts defense with Bob Sanders, Gary Brackett, Dwight Freeney,Robert Mathis, Josh Thomas, Kelvin Hayden, Antoine Bethea, Raheem Brock, Matt Giordano, Marlin Jackson, Freddie Keiaho, and Kewina Ratliff how can you get past it..AND A GREAT COACH IN TONY DUNGY......and there offense is absolutely stacked Manning, Clark, Addai, Gonzalez, Wayne, Harrison, Jeff Saturday, Ryan Diem, Tony Ugoh, O-line....etc. etc. .......

How can our team be stopped.....and how can you pick a different team to win the Super Bowl...and yes THERE IS STILL THE DRAFT....so the colts will get even more stacked....there we go....COLTS 2008-2009 SUPER BOWL CHAMPS!!
