It's starting to feel like a rite of the transfer window: Kaká is once again being linked with a move away from Real Madrid.

It happened last summer, but Kaká stayed at the Bernabeu. Now, after another unhappy start to the season with the Spanish giants, the rumours are flying again.

Where will Kaká go? Will he go anywhere?

We won't be sure until a move happens. But until then, we can speculate.

Here are five possible destinations, along with our evaluation of how likely each one is.

1. Chelsea

First-year Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas wants to remake his squad. The January transfer window figures to give him that chance.

One of Villas-Boas' targets could be Kaká. The word in the papers is that Chelsea are planning to sell Florent Malouda to help pay for a £22 million move for Kaká.

Problem is, Malouda is saying, "heck no, I won't go." Or something to that effect, and in French.

Anyway, the Kaká-to-Chelsea rumour can also be found here, here and here (where it's inexplicably called a "trade," like in American baseball).

Chances: We all know Chelsea have the money. Plus, AVB is desperate to overhaul his side. With Kaká in bad form, a move to Chelsea could give him a welcome fresh start. This could be a win-win situation. 33 percent.

2. Arsenal

This report from TalkSport says Arsenal are also interested in making a deal for Kaká.

This isn't the first time: Arsenal were linked with Kaká in the summer as well.

Chances: Better than we might think. Arsenal need some more attacking talent in case the prolific Robin van Persie suffers an injury.

Andrei Arshavin is out of form, and Gervinho and Marouane Chamakh are about to miss a month because of the Africa Cup of Nationa. So Kaká could conceivably slot right into the lineup.

Plus, Arsene Wenger has said money is available.

Still, though, does this sound like Arsenal? 15 percent.

3. Tottenham Hotspur

Harry Redknapp is at it again. The man who always seems to pull off a transfer coup is being linked (again) with a move for Kaká.

Apparently, Redknapp is unsatisfied with the form of Rafael van der Vaart (If that's the case, maybe Harry should stop playing Rafa out of position!). To remedy that, Redknapp reportedly wants to bring in another out-of-form player, Kaká.

Chances: Whew. It's hard to know what to make of this one. Tottenham just doesn't feel like a possible destination for Kaká. But Harry Redknapp is a man who can get a deal done. 15 percent.

4. Paris-St. Germain

The news out of Paris is that PSG have made Kaká their top transfer target for the January window. In other words, they want Kaká more than they want Carlos Tevez.

Wow. They must really, really want Kaká.

Chances: Actually, this doesn't sound that far-fetched. PSG have money. Paris is an attractive destination, no matter how you view it. If Real really want to sell, why wouldn't Kaká want to go to PSG? 25 percent.

5. AC Milan

AC Milan (and Inter) are mentioned as a potential destination, almost as a throwaway in this article.

A return to Milan wouldn't be out of the question for Kaká. Before he played for Real Madrid, Kaká was a breakout star at Milan.

Could a return really happen?

Chances: Actually, we think it is possible. It really just depends on Kaká and Milan's higher-ups. Can they reconcile? Or do they even remember the 2009 transfer saga? 33 percent.
