Kim Kardashian is one of the most despised celebrities in this country. She has a huge following, but anyone with a brain stem finds her irritating, annoying and a drain on our society. Everyone including her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush's mother, who according to reports does not want to see her son get back together with the socialite diva. 

According to CelebsGather.com, sources said that Denise Griffin was furious that there were reports her son had re-established contact with Kim after she left Kris Humphries. 

"For Reggie's sake, Denise put on a smiling face when he dated Kim in the past," revealed an insider, "but she was never a fan of her or any of the Kardashians. Denise was hor­rified when Reggie first brought Kim home to meet the family in late 2007 because it was after her infamous sex tape with ex-boy­friend Ray J hit the Internet. Momma Bush wants her son to set­tle down with a wholesome, religious woman who's out of the spotlight."

There has been some thought that Bush's late-season surge with the Miami Dolphins can be attributed to his rumored reunion with Kim, but that can't be true because he was never good with New Orleans and he was dating her during that time.

It would be in Bush's best interest to stay away from a relationship with Kim. If he wants to be friends with her, that is fine. But that spotlight is not something that he needs at this point in his career. He is finally starting to look like the player we all expected him to be when he came out of college. 

Kim is going to do what is in her best interest, and the spotlight and paparazzi are always going to be her first love. She needs to stay away from any kind of athlete.

She needs to go for a low-level movie star, someone who, obviously, is not going to outshine her on the red carpets that she loves so much but will do enough to make her look like she is still a big deal in Hollywood. 

Bush just needs to listen to his mother. Stay away from Kim and keep focused on his career, because he is finally showing signs of life. Now is not the time to get distracted by meaningless relationships that won't go anywhere.
