Florida Roofing Company Files Lawsuit Against John Cena

Merry Christmas to you all! We kick off Christmas day with a lovely little story regarding one of WWE's top talents being sued! Gotta feel the Christmas spirit flowing right now...

Yes, according to TMZ a Florida roofing company decided to file a lawsuit against John Cena, as they claim that he did not pay them for the work they did on his mansion. The company has claimed that Mr. Cena owes them a whopping $15,214.92. (To be honest, I'd have rounded that up to $15,215, like eight cents is going to make a difference!)

The company filed a lien—a right to keep property belonging to another person until a debt is paid—so if Cena does not pay up, they could take his house. Calls to Cena reps have yet to be returned.

Due to recent accusations against TMZ made by Jesse "The Body" Ventura, calling their article published about him tailgating a car due to the driver being too slow a "smear campaign," this story cannot be confirmed yet.

I will be keeping this updated, so check back later for any more news!
