Jerome Simpson Flip Video: Watch Bengals WR Score TD of the Year

Kyle Vassalo@VassaloBRFeatured ColumnistDecember 24, 2011

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Jerome Simpson just pulled off the play of the year.

What looked like a decent touchdown that wasn't even highlight-worthy turned into an unbelievable play when Simpson front-flipped into the end zone.

Going airborne as he did is impressive enough. The fact that he stuck the landing makes this play indescribable.

The Bengals are fighting for their playoff lives and Simpson's incredible athletic display shows that they are going to stop at nothing to crack the postseason.

This would have been spectacular even if he wasn't doing this over a defender.

This wild front flip is going to be shown over and over again, earning not only top-play honors, but Play of the Year honors as well.
