The only way to ruin a perfectly good divorce is to be stuck with the realization that you don't have a prenuptial agreement. While that may be true, there is another way to lose a great deal of holiday spirit, and that's by having a crummy prenup.  

Such is the case for Deion Sanders, who is currently being hit with a divorce with a prenup that demands he buy his wife a house...a big one.  

TMZ reports the prenup between Deion Sanders and his wife, Pilar, mandates that he buy his wife a house in the event of a split. The house needs to be roughly half of what the couple is currently living in. 

Per the report: 

Well nowadays they live in Prosper, TX -- in a home that's almost 30,000 square feet, with 10 bedrooms, 9 full baths (and 4 half baths) ... and a listing price of $21 million.

We're told Pilar has been house hunting since Thanksgiving, looking for a home in the $9-12 million range. 

If things were going to hit the fan, Neon Deion really should have sold their house for a shanty in a shady part of town. As it is, Sanders will be house hunting with his former wife for what looks to be a mini-mansion that will be more plush than anything I have ever set foot in. 

It's a good thing Sanders has found a steady paycheck as an NFL analyst. I hear divorces are fairly pricey nowadays, even if you have a prenuptial agreement. 

Let this be a lesson to you up can coming sports stars. Even if you have a prenup, you can still be out millions once your marriage fails. So why not just play for minimum wage? It will make the eventual downfall of your love life far less disastrous.
