The New York Jets are reportedly prepared to announce Mark Mangino as their new head coach.  Jets General Manager Mike Tannenbaum has been quoted as saying, "Mangino is a big addition. Some may say he's twice the coach as Mangini and gaining on Madden. When we put together a list of candidates, his name carried more weight with the members of my staff than any other." The Jets are also in the process of purchasing a C-5 cargo plane as its new team charter.
