This is a sad day for ROH fans who were hoping to see Chris Hero reunited with his tag partner Claudio Castagnoli in the WWE.

Wrestlinginc.com reported:

WWE has rescinded their contract offer to Ring of Honor star Chris Hero after results from his drug test showed elevated testosterone levels.

Currently, there is not much more to report as the article stated they would post more soon. Hopefully, Hero is a victim of the Ryan Braun syndrome and will be vindicated. However, if it is found that he has been using performance-enhancing drugs, there is no chance WWE will invest in him unless he goes to rehab.

Needless to say, this is a situation that happens way too often in the wrestling world. It has taken several talents away from the world too soon and has caused others to lose their once-promising carers.

Ultimately, The Kings of Wrestling could have injected some much-needed life into the WWE's tag division and quite possibly have made it relevant again. Sadly, we may never know what could have been. In the end, we will have to wait and see what happens here.

Let me know your thoughts: Is Hero just another victim, or do you think he may have a problem with drugs?
