Kardashian Christmas Card: The Face of Decadence, Co-Starring Lamar Odom

The 2011 Kardashian family Christmas card features a bunch of Kardashians doing things that Kardashians do.
This is to say that it features a bunch of Kardashians dressed at the height of fashion and just kind of standing around. Kardashians are ubiquitous in this culture of ours, so it's oddly fitting that they're just kind of there in their Christmas card.
Don't believe me? Feast your eyes on the picture, which comes viz Celebuzz.com:
If you have the proper paraphernalia, the image can also be viewed in 3-D. Because, you know, 3-D hasn't been done to death yet, much less used for decidedly self-indulgent reasons.
The photo is also noticeably blue, which is kind of weird. For lack of a better idea, I have determined that blue must be in this year. If it's not, I suspect it soon will be.
The image also features Los Angeles La... um, Dallas Mavericks big man Lamar Odom, who is married to Khloe Kardashian. He barely qualifies as a member of the clan, as he is neither beautiful nor highfalutin enough to make the grade, but it would be bad form to exclude Khloe's husband from the proceedings.
How would you feel if you got a Christmas card from the Kardashians?
A couple months ago, some of us were looking forward to seeing Kris Humphries in the Kardashian family photo, if for no other reason than it would be cool to see two giant NBAers in the same pretentious holiday photo.
But alas, Kris' marriage to Kim Kardashian lasted just 72 days. Their breakup was kind of a shock, and a real heart-breaker.
Unless, of course, you buy into the widely held notion that a breakup was in the cards all along.
If you don't want to agree with that, I'm sure we can all agree on one thing:
This Christmas card is better than all of our Christmas cards put together and multiplied by a thousand. That is what it is designed to be, after all.
But don't be angry. In fact, don't even be jealous. Be grateful. It is not every day that superior beings decide to show off.
Besides, how many NBA players do you have in your Christmas card?
