After a disappointing loss to the lowly Indianapolis Colts, there's one question on every Tennessee Titans fan's mind: Is the Matt Hasselbeck era over in Tennessee?
We've posed this question to Bleacher Report's Titans experts, and here's what they had to say:

The writing is on the wall, folks. Matt Hasselbeck needs to hit the pine—err, aluminum.
Hasselbeck has been a shadow of the quarterback we all witnessed at the beginning of the season.
Through the last five weeks he has thrown for 691 yards, 1 touchdown and 5 interceptions. Albeit he left one of those games early due to injury, but Hasselbeck has been awful.
In the meantime, any time backup quarterback Jake Locker is inserted into the lineup the offense seems to jump to life.
With Sunday’s loss to the formerly winless Colts, it’s time to focus on the future.

In my opinion, Week 11 against the Atlanta Falcons was the end of the Matt Hasselbeck era in Tennessee. Jake Locker performed above expectations after Hasselbeck exited early with an elbow injury and it was only a matter of time before Locker would garner the starting job.
It is an unfortunate end to the 13-year veteran’s term in Nashville, but he played exceptionally through 14 games with the Titans.
Locker has performed remarkably in his few outings, enough to earn him a start in the Titans’ final two games with their playoff aspirations slim at best.

Sad to say, but I believe that the Matt Hasselbeck era is officially over in Tennessee. After today's dismal performance against the hapless Colts, I think it's time for Mike Munchak to make a permanent change.
Hasselbeck displayed extremely questionable decision making and was far too conservative in any attempt to stretch the Colts D. Locker has shown glimpses of greatness and his mobility outside of the pocket gives the Titans a dimension they are badly missing.
With the playoffs essentially now a pipe dream, I think it's time for the Titans to give Locker more reps and prepare him for a huge sophomore season.
