The 2008 season is almost over, which means The Hazean’s mock drafts for 2009 are right around the corner.

Meanwhile, The NFL has announced the tentative draft order for the 2009 NFL Draft, which will be set in stone after the conclusion of the Super Bowl.

The 8-8 Chargers sit at No. 16 in the first round right now, but that will begin to change after this weekend’s slate of playoff games. But the top-15 are locked into place barring any trades or coin flips to differentiate ties or whatever else happens between now and April.

Having some kind of order to work with means we will start rolling out some mock NFL drafts fairly soon. Stay tuned for those and keep up with all the mock draft action, both for the NFL Draft and Fantasy 2009, on our mock drafts page.
