If you happened to have run into any Kentucky fans just lying around lately, chances are they are a Playboy model.
March Madness-level surprise came flooding off the TV screen this past weekend when Indiana shocked the college basketball world by defeating then-No. 1 Kentucky.
Lost in the melee was an important fact that may put a pall on your day, nay, your life. CBS Sports reports Playboy model Megan Dills was struck down when students stormed the court following the upset win.
Dills sprained her ankle which only slightly calls into question to immediately go back to her passion in life which is to take her clothes off so grown men can ogle her.
Now, before you call your local charity organizations to see how you can possibly chip in, Dills states that while her recent shoot had to be called off, "That’s OK because I do a lot of them."
Well, you have to love her cheery attitude.
Here is video of the closing moments of what was an intense game. What follows are thousands of students rushing the floor, something that has happened since the dawn of college basketball time.
However, Dills wasn't prepared for such a stampede. Larry Vaught has the full story in his Vaught's Views Web site.
Here is how Dills recounts the scene. She is a self-proclaimed die-hard Kentucky fan and painted her face of the game that she admits she was a tad mouthy at. One that was played in Indiana mind you.
I was not intimidate at all until the end. I have a friend who is an Indiana alum and that’s how I got the ticket. I was not going to miss out on the ticket even though it was just going to be me sitting with all those IU fans.
You couldn’t hear yourself think, much less scream for UK. There was a girl two rows behind me that said, ‘Sit your blonde — down.’ I turned around and probably said some not so nice things myself back. But it was a good time, or at least it was until the end.
All those fans came out of their seats and rushed the floor like idiots. The next thing I knew, I was knocked down five or six steps. I think the guy who actually knocked me down is the one who did at least pick me up. After I got hurt, I was scared to death.
So let me state that there is nothing funny about Dills being knocked down. I hope she heals quickly from what sounds like a painful sprain.
The tumble seems like a pure accident considering the man that knocked her down helped her back up. With that being said, she can't be surprised that the students stormed the court after an amazing win.
Is it wrong to storm the court?
Being such a big fan of college basketball, that is the first thing she thought of when Christian Watford's shot went through.
It's at that point that you go into the same survival mode that people who encounter bears do. Simply, you curl up into a ball, soil yourself and pray for your life.
What you don't do is sound amazed that students would treat this as any old game that the Hoosiers won. No, this was huge, and I would have been shocked if they didn't rush the court.
Get well soon, Dills. We look forward to seeing you naked shortly.
