Rumors & Realities: Bellamy to Tottenham, Cannavaro to Milan?

West Ham coach Gianfranco Zola says selling players in January will get him "annoyed."

However, with the credit crunch hitting West Ham like a giant iceberg in the middle of the sea, West Ham might sink like that famous unsinkable ship and Zola may have to sell his underwear.

Meanwhile Harry "Haha I'm still rich" Redknapp is interested in signing a striker after Juande Ramos did a good job tearing Spurs' striking force apart.

Tottenham are short of striking options with Darren "He's Not Worth 17 million after all" Bent, Frazier Campbell and Roman Pavlyuchenko the only available strikers.

Hey, Harry! Psst! How about a striker from Zola's team?

Apparently Redknapp also thinks he and a West Ham striker are a match made in heaven. Redknapp wants to bring West Ham's Craig Bellamy to White Hart Lane.

Zola is annoyed but Redknapp is happy to get his Bellamy-shaped New Year's gift.

Reports from the Corriere claim that Milan are ready to take Real Madrid's last hope of keeping a clean sheet with The Rossoneri rumored to be targeting Fabio Cannavaro.

With the Italian registered in the Champions League with Real Madrid and unlikely to leave in the winter, it is safe to throw this piece of ‘news’ in the rumor bin.

The winter transfer window is usually one in which the Bellamies move, not the Cannavaros.

But Cannavaro is really needed at San Siro as Milan are short of options in center defense with 40 year-old Paolo Maldini in need of regular rest- and sometimes Oxygen doses-while Alessandro Nesta is still out injured.

Cannavaro should fit in with the rest of the 30-plus year-old lads in their 'retirement home'. No wonder Flamini can't adapt well enough. Actually, R-R got to talk with the French international about his time at Milan.

"Zey agh all old, veghy old peopol. How will I evegh fit in heegh? It's like a ghetyghment home! All zey talk about is zer childghen, zer gghand childghen! Oh za pain, even London and ze English agh bettegh zan zis!" said the obviously-French midfielder

Stoke boss Tony Pulis is in talks with £6million-rated Ivorian striker Aruna Dindane about a possible move to The Potteries. Other than Bellamies, Dindanes also migrate in Winter.

Relegated Lens' Dindane has been out injured for most of the season but now claims he is fit. Make sure of that Pulis, those Ivorians are great actors!

Has Didier Drogba won an Oscar yet?
