Get ready because whether we like it or not, we will all be living in the age of Orton once again.

Sure the Legend Killer was dominant during his seven-month reign with the WWE Championship, but that version of Randy Orton who defeated Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Jeff Hardy, and John Cena was nothing compared to the man who stands before WWE audiences today.

Perhaps the broken collarbone he sustained back in June managed to make Orton even more vicious, if such a thing was even possible. When he made his return to WWE television in September, it has all been building up to events that will culminate with the birth of a new World Heavyweight Champion.

Don't believe me?

Just ask CM Punk what Randy Orton can do. He was punted right out of main-event contention and was then beaten by Orton for good measure weeks later.

Just ask Batista what Orton is capable of because he'll have nothing better to do than grant some interviews seeing as he'll be watching Randy Orton main-event Wrestlemania 25 from the comfort of his own sofa.

Yes I know Batista is really injured with a torn hamstring but lets follow the WWE storyline shall we.

Finally you can ask the World Heavyweight Champion John Cena what Randy Orton can do. Our current champion is the same man who was pinned by Orton at Wrestlemania 24, Backlash, and Raw last May.

 But now, we can't just talk about Randy Orton because he's building up a faction unlike anything the WWE has ever seen before. This "Legacy" looks like it will include no less than five prodigies of WWE Hall of Famers in Orton, Rhodes, Manu, DiBiase, and Snuka. Time will tell who will be in and who will be out.

Who will be up?

Randy Orton logically. It's only simple mathematics. If he was capable of defeating the above listed Superstars by himself, what do you think he is going to do with the aid of The Legacy?

Not only that but Randy Orton has surpassed the dominating level he reached during the "Age of Orton." He's better in the ring, he's in better physical condition, and he's certainly more dangerous than ever.

Whether John Cena will drop the belt to Randy Orton at the Royal Rumble or at Wrestlemania 25 is irrelevant. It will happen.

And that's not arrogance;

It's destiny.
