NFC East

The New York Giants have now clinched the division and the No. 1 seed in the NFC. The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles are still in wild card contention.

Dallas controls its own destiny thanks to a Tampa Bay loss. They need a win to get in. If they lose, they are eliminated.

The Eagles need a lot of help. They need to beat Dallas. They also need Tampa Bay and Chicago to lose.

The Washington Redskins have been eliminated.

NFC South

The Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons have clinched playoff berths. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are still in playoff contention. If Carolina beats New Orleans, they clinch the NFC South and the No. 2 seed. They can also clinch the No. 2 seed with a Falcons loss to St. Louis.

If the Panthers lose and the Falcons win, the Falcons are the No. 2 seed and NFC South Champions.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are eliminated from the division but can secure a wild card. They need to win. They also need Dallas to lose.

The New Orleans Saints have been eliminated.
