ESPN is reporting that there are rumors that David Beckham could be heading to Paris Saint-Germain on a 17.9 million dollar offer.

The unbelievable contract offer, which is reportedly an 18-month deal, may just be too much for Beckham to turn down.

Beckham, who is known as one of the top stars in the MLS, completes his contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy at the end of December.

The Galaxy just won the MLS Cup last weekend.

Now, it's unclear where Beckham will be playing next season.

There have been rumors that he would stay in L.A. Others have said that he plans to return to London. Now, recently, these rumors of heading to Paris Saint-Germain have surfaced.

For much of his career, Beckham was recognized as one of the best players in football. Now, although he is past his prime, he is still a big target for teams looking to bring in big name stars.

It appears that, if these rumors are true, Beckham could very well be on his way to France.

Everybody has a price, and the price that is being reported seems like it will just be too much for Beckham to turn down.

However, he may want to turn down the offer in order to remain a big name in the football world.

Even in the MLS, Beckham is known and loved.

Paris Saint-Germain isn't the biggest name out there. Chances are that the acceptance of an offer could take Beckham out of the spotlight for awhile.

Would he be willing to take the dollar marks and lose the fame?

There are positives and negatives on both sides of the argument. Right now, it's a little too early to tell where Beckham will be next year.
