James Anderson recorded a career high of thirty-three points in the Cowboys' contest against Rhode Island in the All-College Classic in Oklahoma City.

Anderson, a sophomore, was 12 of 17 from the floor which included five of seven from three point range. Anderson also made all four free-throws he attempted. His nine rebounds and four steals added to his career night.

Byron Eaton gave the Cowboys 22 points of his own to help the effort.

Rhode Island's sharp shooter Jimmy Baron had 16 points to lead the Rams, but Terrell Harris kept him out of rhythm most of the game. The Rams had the lead at half but couldn't keep James Anderson and Byron Eaton from scoring or going to the free throw line.

The Cowboys go into the Christmas break with a win and a record of 8-3.
