Buffalo Bills Fans Glad to See Team Back to Normal (SATIRE)
Much to their delight, Bills fans will be seeing a lot more of this in the coming weeks.

Bills fans the world over are rejoicing this week upon the realization that their team is finally back to normal.
During the first few weeks of the season, the Buffalo Bills showed a number of disturbing signs of a team that could actually pass, run, play defense—and above all—win football games, leading many fans to worry about them.
"It's just not normal," notes longtime fan Hank Jensen. "When you see them winning games like that and looking like a real football team, you know something funny is going on. Thankfully, it looks like they are back to normal now."
Buffalo began the season 5-2, causing emotional distress to fans who are used to seeing their team fall out of playoff contention by mid November and get another high draft pick to waste on an untalented player who would give them false hopes about the future.
"When they whooped Kansas City in week one, I was like, 'very funny, boys,'", recalls Nancy Ellison, a season ticket holder since 1963 along with her husband Alan. "But then when they beat New England, I knew our dear Bills weren't right."
"I mean," she painfully states, "they had this new flashy guy named Fitzpatrick that could actually throw the ball downfield and reminded me of that Brady fellow in New England. It was just awful! Thankfully, we got him to watch some film of Edwards last year and he got with the program."
Ryan Fitzpatrick's assimilation into the Bills losing culture gave Bills fans some hope that their team was on it's way back to being the pathetic pushovers they know and love, yet some remained doubtful.

"I don't know," said Seamus O'Connor, a local drunk whose favorite hobby is drunkenly bashing the team's many flaws to irritated fans watching the game in nearly abandoned sports bars. "When the bars started filling up and I started to have less material, I actually thought these guys might be for real and that I would have to go sober."
Last Sunday officially quenched any remaining doubts, however, as the Bills were flat out embarrassed by one of the worst teams in the league—and lost their star player in the process—reassuring Bills fans everywhere that their team had lost any remaining semblance of a contender and was alright again.
"They're back to normal!" Alan Ellison recalls telling his wife. "Now we can forget they ever existed and go back to worrying about the groceries again."
While the return to normalcy is certainly welcomed by all, many fans remain disappointed that the team's accidental early season surge costed them a shot at Andrew Luck, the likely number one overall pick in next year's NFL Draft.
"It's really too bad," noted Ed Jacobs, a bitter old man whose obsession over a losing football team has slowly caused him to become a complete pessimist in all other aspects of life as well. "Luck could have had the chance to suffer from the lack of competent leadership and offensive weapons, causing him to either be relegated to the life of a backup journeyman or just quit altogether. Instead, it looks like he will go on to have a solid career with a franchise that actually cares about winning."
No Bills players could be reached for comment but were seen in their locker room playing a digital version of Super Bowl XLVI on Madden '12 featuring themselves and the Green Bay Packers, crying profusely and mumbling "it could have been real..." to each other.
