Despite there being one more PPV left this year in Tables, Ladders and Chairs, WWE's UK visual medium distributor Silvervision have announced the content for this year's Best Pay-Per View matches DVD and Blu-Ray.

This year contains a three disc set that contains the following:

Disc One

  • World Heavyweight Championship: Edge(c) Vs. Dolph Ziggler (Royal Rumble)
  • World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber: Edge(c) Vs. Rey Mysterio Vs. Wade Barrett Vs. Kane Vs. Drew McIntyre Vs. Big Show (Elimination Chamber)
  • Rey Mysterio Vs. Cody Rhodes (WrestleMania XXVII)
  • No Holds Barred: The Undertaker Vs. Triple H (WrestleMania XXVII)

Disc Two

  • World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match: Christian Vs. Alberto Del Rio (Extreme Rules)
  • Rey Mysterio Vs. CM Punk (Capitol Punishment)
  • Raw Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Alberto Del Rio Vs. Kofi Kingston Vs. Evan Bourne Vs. Jack Swagger Vs. R-Truth Vs. The Miz Vs. Alex Riley Vs. Rey Mysterio (Money in the Bank)

  • World Heavyweight Championship No Holds Barred: Christian(c) Vs. Randy Orton (SummerSlam)
  • World Heavyweight Championship: Randy Orton(c) Vs. Mark Henry (Night of Champions)
  • No DQs: Triple H Vs. CM Punk (Night of Champions)
  • Diva's Championship: Kelly Kelly(c) Vs. Beth Phoenix (Hell in a Cell)
  • WWE Championship Triple Threat Hell in a Cell: John Cena(c) Vs. CM Punk Vs. Alberto Del Rio
  • World Heavyweight Championship: Mark Henry (c) Vs. Big Show (Vengeance)

Blu-Ray Exclusive Content

  • Randy Orton Vs. CM Punk (WrestleMania XXVII)
  • Rey Mysterio Vs. R-Truth (Over the Limit)
  • World Heavyweight Championship: Randy Orton(c) Vs. Christian (Capitol Punishment)
  • Rey Mysterio, Kofi Kingston and John Morrison Vs. The Miz, R-Truth and Alberto Del Rio (SummerSlam)
  • Interviews with Christian, Cody Rhodes and Dolph Ziggler

The collection is due out in March so there is plenty of time for matches from Survivor Series and TLC to be added. I'm actually kind of surprised by the lack of Cena in this boxset. He is only included in two listed matches, and lost both.

I also question the inclusion of the Raw Money in the Bank when I felt the SmackDown variant was better this year. This is possibly down to the fact that the first disc has no matches representing the Raw Brand.

I don't like the fact that Orton Vs. Punk at Mania was a Blu-Ray exclusive. I know they have to try and get some people to shell out a little more and thus need a hook, but maybe it would have been better to switch this with the Rhodes Vs. Mysterio match.

Either way, WWE Best Pay-Per Views of 2011 is due out during March in the UK. Listed at £17.99 on DVD and £22.99 on Blu-Ray.
