It's that time of year where people are out doing last minute christmas shopping, mailing christmas cards and the College Football Bowl season. Yes one can say why are there 34 Bowl games and I'm among those as well but here are my picks for the first four bowl games which begin tomorrow.
EagleBank Bowl Wake Forest(7-5) vs. Navy(8-4)
I just think with the triple option Navy will win. #1 rushing attack in the nation while the Deacons offense doesn't challenge anyone. 104th offense in the country says it all. Navy and big over Wake Forest.
New Mexico Bowl Colorado St.(6-6) vs. Fresno St.(7-5)
Colorado State doesn't run the ball(100th) nor does it stop the run(100th). Fresno St runs the ball averaging 177 yds./game good for 36th in the nation I'm going with Fresno St.
magicJack St.Petersburg Bowl Memphis(6-6) vs. South Florida(7-5)
I'm taking South Florida for the simple fact it's practically a home game for the Bulls.
Las Vegas Bowl BYU(10-2) vs. Arizona(7-5)
A very good matchup between the 18th ranked offense of BYU vs. the 19th ranked defense in Arizona. Tough one to call but I think BYU will have enough offense to sneak out a win over Arizona.
