Leave everything the way it is. Let all the bowls do what they want.

Except the BCS Bowls must be filled by the top eight teams in the BCS rankings.

Period.

What difference would that make?

Well that means instead of
  • Oklahoma
  • Florida
  • Texas
  • Alabama
  • USC
  • Utah
  • Cincinnati
  • Virginia Tech
  • Ohio State
  • Penn State

We would get the BCS top eight teams:

  1. Oklahoma
  2. Florida
  3. Texas
  4. Alabama
  5. USC
  6. Utah
  7. Texas Tech
  8. Penn State

Sound a bit fairer taking out those three teams with two or more losses in Ohio State, Virginia Tech, and Cincinnati?
