NBA Stars to Play at Obama Fundraiser

President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign is bringing together more than two dozen NBA stars for a fundraising basketball game next month. It might be the only basketball that fans of the NBA will get to see for a while, because of the lockout. Such stars as forward Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks, forward Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder, guard Ray Allen of the Boston Celtics and forward Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat will headline the “Obama Classic Basketball Game” on Dec. 12 in Washington.
